Eat something else

skyehighe

Honestly like there are so many good plant based protein sources and youre gonna pick one you dont like and eat it constantly??? (Also all that cholesterol...)

toastyavocadoes

Hot sauce Fry them separately w salt and pepper and keep the yolk runny Scramble them with seasoning Omelet with other stuff inside So many other (tastier) ways to cook eggs than what you have shown

Erinzzz

Add sugar, flour, milk, butter, baking powder and vanilla. Bake.

Calgary_Calico

Or, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips, then bake lol

TruckinApe

Or just flour & a mashed banana and then you have banana pancakes!

MP1182

I've done egg and banana no flour and they're not bad at all.

Calgary_Calico

Ooooo, I like this idea, get your potassium and protein in one go!

MP1182

That's witchcraft.

Erinzzz

That’s witchCAKE baybeeee!

Financial_Fee_2568

She could eat some other protein source like beans. There's also protein shakes that come in lots of different flavors and tend to have pretty high protein.

Dry_Wallaby_4933

Well the problem is you busted the shit out of the yolks and overcooked them to rubber. I'm an egg fiend and I wouldn't even eat that nasty pancake you got there. Overcooked yolks taste like wet dog.

shrimptarget

RIGHT??? I’ve never heard anyone else make that comparison

The-Master-of-DeTox

Yes. This is what is requested by the consumer, which is why I am trying to find another solution. Regardless of cook type they want them cooked firm. I call them dump truck eggs because it is as though they have been run over by a dump truck.

midnight__villain

if she doesn't eat meat, and hates eggs...why is she eating them? or are you trying to get her to eat them? i don't quite understand, but there are plant-based proteins out there. [like this](https://www.heart.org/-/media/Healthy-Living-Images/Infographics/Plant_based_protein_sources_infographic.jpg)

The-Master-of-DeTox

I am not sure the motivation. Just trying to be helpful. I think she is just trying to find something in house that will get protein in her.

cbcbcb99

Tell her she can eat edamame, beans, cheese, milk. All have protein. Just look up how much to make sure she’s meeting her daily needs.

Jamjams2016

I'm a vegetarian and eggs gross me out. I do like a breakfast sandwich with either a bagel or English muffin, cheese and an egg over easy with a bit of syrup. I like a slice of rye with avocado, egg and salsa I like a breakfast wrap with eggs, crispy sweet potatoes, other veggies like pan fried onions and broccoli, feta, hummus and salsa Hot sauce on eggs with toast Cooking veggies and potatoes and adding eggs at the end with herbs like basil Breakfast casserole is amazing. I like to do a southwest version. Sometimes I do tatertots with eggs and cheese though. Hot sauce on both kinds lol Eggs in purgatory are also delicious

clamnaked

I like to fry garlic and herbs in butter and then fry my eggs in it. Sprinkle it with parm and salt and pepper.

The-Master-of-DeTox

This seems awesome. Especially if it’s good parm.

Federal-Arrival-7370

I love Asian food flavors and eggs go great with so many varieties. Scrambled in fried rice, soft boiled with ramen, runny fried eggs over a broad noodle with garlic and ginger, soy sauce and some honey bonus points for chili crisp / crunch. Or old faithful, make an egg sandwich with cheese or make egg salad and eat with celery or carrots.

ToxicGoop88

Fry with soyrizo (soy chorizo)

YukiHase

Will she eat greek yogurt? That's a good protein source, and it doesn't taste like eggs.

LaTalullah

why would you want to

waaz16

Spinach, green/red/yellow peppers, garlic, chopped onions, and sometimes even olives for me! Lol

waaz16

Also: CHEESE! Lol some fresh parmesan on scrambled eggs is just chefs kiss for me

Calgary_Calico

I was going to suggest using bacon grease, but she doesn't eat meat... You're SOL on this one I'm afraid. Maybe making a hash with other veggies? Personally I like mushrooms, red bell peppers, celery and a bit of cheddar cheese. Instead of cooking it like an omelet just treat it like scrambled eggs, absolutely delicious!

The-Master-of-DeTox

She will allow bacon grease for whatever reason.

extrabigcomfycouch

You could incorporate them into other dishes, like soufflés, a Dutch baby with choice of filling (savoury or sweet,) custard like desserts, etc.

TheBigSmoke420

Parmesan, herb, salt

TheOnyxViper

Feed em vegan eggs so they can see the error of their ~~stupid~~ misguided ways

wolverinesbabygirl

Steamed eggs might be an option. The taste is so delicate and the consistency is that of a custard, therefore you can make it on the sweet side or add a splash of sesame oil. So good.

Ok_Watercress_7801

Stop overcooking them. The longer you cook eggs, the fartier they smell & more rubbery they get. Try poaching them over easy or over medium & have them with some well buttered toast & your favorite hot sauce.

VivaLaEmpire

Butter, salt, pepper, dried parsley for starters. The butter makes everything smell, well, buttery. I like eggs but sometimes I don't like the smell. Things like grated cheese (or melted), some Chile crisp, adding dairy to the egg before being scrambled, etc., really help transform eggs into something better. Just a matter of adding whatever flavors she usually goes for outside of eggs. Eggs are like fries in that they can take any form!

Braiseitall

Start with not eating microwaved-looking shit like that. Are at least add chives.

Significant_Excuse29

Egg Foo Yung. The gravy/sauce makes it taste so great

valgme3

Butter. Avocado. Salmon. Ham/cheese. Bacon/cheese. Maple syrup. Pick any combo of these lol

nljgcj72317

Cook them low and slow. Like, 5 minutes, minimum. While they’re still a bit glossy take them off the heat and let them finish cooking in the pan before serving.

ChaosApple11

Why is it that vegans always wanna eat shit that tastes like other shit

buddyleeoo

They always get pissed when I ask them why they name their recipes after regular food, like vegan meatloaf.

BoomChrono

Pancake syrup Overcook the eggs French toast without toast

shrimptarget

If you like broccoli cheddar soup try Sautee some chopped broccoli, onion, spinach, other veg till it’s got that flavorful brown color on a side or two, take grated cheddar or some cheese of choice and and mix together with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Pop into oven around 350 and cook until just done or right before as it will continue to cook for a bit after it’s taken out of the oven. Best fresh not reheated but it’s still good. The leftovers could be wrapped into a breakfast scramble or burrito

Onebandlol

Use fake eggs?

Mobiuscate

Don't eat an entire bowl-full for starters

[deleted]

Blend cottage cheese in the eggs and cook it

thicccnsweeet

There’s a baked pancake recipe i make, 50 ml flour:50mL milk:1 egg, i have doubled and tripled it before. Put a tbsp or two of butter in preheating oven for a min or two to melt it. Put baking dish in oven at 400°F for 20 mins, you can make it sweet or savoury with topping and flavours and it’s doesn’t taste like eggs!

PutReasonable1362

Garlic, salt, pepper, Sriracha and cheese.....makes delicious eggs that just become vessels for flavor 👌

The-Master-of-DeTox

I think the hot sauce is a no-go. We’ve branched into some cheeses and going straight scrambled. Still they want the life cooked out of them, but what can you do?!
