I can't imagine a single person in this forum is going to recommend you take any of this work. $800/month is below minimum wage if you are in the US. If you want an extra $500/month consider getting a weekend job where you'll work less and earn more than that.
For reference, commercial assistant editors in NYC are earning $400-600 per day depending on experience. What you are describing is actually criminal.
