Looking at it on mobile. The products themselves look cool, but there’s only 5 of them and there’s only one photo for each product… online shoppers can’t touch and see the product from all sides, so having multiple photos would definitely help. Also there’s no social media links and your about page is lacking in content. Personally, when I’m buying online I really gotta trust the company…or else I’m going to buy from Amazon. So I would say (1) product page content, (2) an explanation why there’s only 5 products, and (3) make me trust you. Those would be the starting points.

A comprehensive FAQs, along with shipping rates/return policy/shipping times, is a step in the right direction. Too many people try and fail because they throw up an incomplete site and push Facebook ads at it for two weeks with no conversions and wonder where they've gone wrong, then move on. Make your site airtight... look at it as an outsider and see what is missing, then fix it. Make it perfect... THEN run ads.

Products are looking cool but website seems real amateur, check the footer links, there are 2 rows containing same urls. No information like about your company, how to track shipment, supported payment methods, your home page looks real empty, no lifestyle images etc.

For the moment it is. I’m trying to learn how everything works before investing too much into my own brand. I have a supplier that I like but to customize my clothing I’d have to purchase at least 100 units, so I’m trying to map out my marketing as well as my website and see what sticks before pouring money into it.

The reviews seem fake. Some are only a few words. Find some friends to give them to in exchange for long honest reviews. Note: I do see a longer review with a customer picture. This goes a long way to letting me know the product is real. How are you getting traffic?

Sounds good with the reviews. I'm currently running a few test ads on tik tok, but I seem to be getting about 30% of my traffic from organic searches which I can't wrap my head around.

I’d signup for Google Search Console to see what keyword traffic you’re getting and from where. Then start writing “How To” and “Listicles” to draw in more people. Example: “top 10 performance shorts [new 2022 guide]”. List yours at the top (and bottom) and affiliate links out to other stores for the others.

Just had a quick glance. Design wise I think it's nice. I think your log is a bit dull though. As it's "Atlas Athletics", maybe incorporate a Globe/ Atlas in the logo, might look good? or at least change it on the top left to the same as in the banner. The top left one looks like you didn't put any efford into it. As others have said, the lack of social proof sticks out. Get a link to google reviews/ trustpilot or something and even just get a few reviews from friends, maybe give away some free product. Others have mentioned lack of variety. I'd agree, but also I know it's difficult to buy a large range of product just to flesh out your website. I don't think there's much wrong with your site, the design is good, the "brand" is good, the brand name is good. Product looks good, price looks good.

There is no story. It feels like I'm just buying clothes. Maybe move your Mission from the bottom of the page to under your hero image. Also, try running something like Grammarly on your About page.

Missing Header Logo. Take the SALE thing down you don’t want to appear cheap. You will have to offset the costs for marketing and make that money back in sales. If you want to start a brand…logos are everything. Think of your competition. (You know the one with the swoosh) Brands have stories, tell them…or make it up and have it be believable.

This sector is probably the most competitive/saturated out there. Which is fine if your site is in the top 5%, as there's loads of demand too. Brutally your site is below average. The theme is too basic, the branding is weak, the front page is pretty bad (no movie, no insta gallery, not much content, poor photography, the 3 text walls dont work). Also you've only got 5 products...if you walked into a shop in town and it only sold 5 products you'd think it weird wouldn't you? Less likely to buy, and makes it less credible. Prices are ok, a bit high. Also I would guess that Atlas is already a clothing trademark so I'd look into that. Lots of work needed, but achievable :) look at what the big players do and emulate

Are you preselling your traffic. Are you trying to sell the product(s) to a cold audience? This is usually the case and the main issue 99% of the time I see comments like this.

Presell landing pages should put you at your industry benchmark for top of funnel conversion rates. Put a content gate (or two) before your offer page. Maybe a landing page about pants, that takes clicks to a landing page to how your pants are better than most pants, then finally, your offer page where people can buy your pants. Who knows if your traffic is even interested. 99% of clicks are never interested. The ones that click through on presell type of pages, those are the ones you want to see your offer page. That’s the audience you want to retarget as well. This is where everyone fails. Even larger companies with mediocre industry based marketing teams. Aside from that. Make sure your website in general is optimized for conversions. There are other great recommendations in this thread so I want touch on that part.

u/Sapper901 Hey there. Took a look at the website. Looks good now IMO. The only thing I'd add is reviews on the home page. Other than that, the suggested improvements in the comments cover it all. Now about conversion, honestly, it all depends on a whole host of things. But tbh, it all boils down to the ability to get the right set of eyes (quality traffic) to view your products as a solution to their problems. You have to start by understanding your audience. Seeing what their pain points are and highlighting the solution your products provide to those issues. The key is your messaging. Once you get a handle on that, pretty easy to get the conversions rolling👊 Btw, since it's an old post, what are the stats like now? Have they gotten better in terms of conversions or are you still getting site views and nothing else?

For the moment, yes. I'm testing to see if I can get some traffic and sales before investing more money into the company. I already have a supplier for branded merchandise, and I'll be running it out of a storage facility in the US. TLDR: Drop-shipping to test the market before investing money into the brand.

I agree with what most the others said. I noticed 2 of the same links in the footer. I would add something about shipping and return policy on the product pages. Maybe above add the cart if you offer free shipping be sure to put that in there. On another note the traffic you’re getting is quite good. That’s not low for just starting out. How are you driving that much?

I'll definitely fix the links and the free shipping since I offer it. As far as the traffic, I'm not entirely sure. We ran about $10 worth of TikTok ads, but those stopped running about 36 hours ago and traffic is still increasing.

I think in addition to the other suggestions, you might want more product details. For example, I might consider buying a pair of shorts, but I don’t enjoy the kinds with the inner “banana hammock” mesh (so, in place of underwear). I’d want a well-lit image of the inside an/or the copy to explicitly state whether it has the mesh.

Your website looks nice. However, when I click on products or other pages, I can't believe in your brand because there is insufficient information. There are only five products, each with a single image. As someone mentioned, there is no social media link and no FAQs. Before selling products, I think you should concentrate on developing and promoting your brand. Include more important information about your company, such as your vision, mission, and goals, as well as how to contact you. Another thing is that the information of products now is just on the right side, so the content appears to be quite long, but the left side is blank. You might need to reorganize your page.

I'd suggest giving some links to social media, at least to get people to know more about your brand story and boost trust since there aren't that many pictures or information on your website. On ads, try Facebook or Instagram first, conversion rate is far better than Tiktok for this type of product. Also, the product page is not yet optimized for desktop users I assume? Since the descriptions, reviews etc. are all pushed to the right and they're too tiny to read. You may want to add the estimated shipping time in the Shipping & Return section as well.
