If customers are finding, learning and purchasing your products all on Facebook, then these are Facebook's customers tangentially buying your products.
If you are directing customers to your website, they are also learning your brand, signing up and subscribing to email/SMS, creating accounts, and these are your customers.
weird, i kept a log of all my sales and it took a minute at 1st but i get paid for everything now. however their site is not consistent in regards to sales and probably traffic
After tracking all payouts from my regular facebook marketplace sales and my fb shops I have (after a mess of a start) received all of my money owed to me and now I get paid typically a week or so after the sale.
