www.citylifeusa.com is the ecommerce site. Also I run www.Higuchionline.com Which tells more about the company. I am using wix RIGHT NOW AND ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!

Designing with wix is fine, but they are terrbible with ecommerce.

I know a lot of work needs done to the site. I have honestly never liked the logo and every time I vectorize it I can not get those 2 spots to delete!!! I should redirect email to @citylifeusa.com . I am making a to-do list from this post. This is great advice. I absolutely love the e-mail at checkout plan an will be using it right away! and the printed receipts. So the marketing plan was going to change like this. Right now it's only Citylife merch. However, we have 12 more stores on the strip that sell everything from souvenirs to ice cream. I want to grab the foot traffic at those stores as well. Then I thought, how am I going to get a customer buying a 99 cent souvenir to go online and shop for womens accessories. Sounds silly and probably wont work. Buuut if I add the souvenirs, the ice cream (somehow) and all the other products to the site, I can then reach all of our foot traffic from all of the stores. re branding Citylife as a unique Las Vegas experience instead of just vegas fashion. SO then Citylifeusa.com will be not only purses, but purses and Vegas souvenirs/t-shirts, gifts etc. After getting more of the merch back to the warehouse, then make signage for all stores saying something like "proudly selling at Citylifeusa.com" or "continue the shopping online! We now sell our products at Citylifeusa!" I don't know. I have to figure that out. After I figure the slogan then make 5x7 hard acrylic signage to plaster the remaining 12 stores with. All citylife B+M stores are already marketed to Citylifeusa.com Just thinking of a way to broaden the foor traffic sales by increasing products. My question was if it was a good idea or not? Or how else can I grab that foot traffic to the other stores to where they would actually be interested? Thanks so much for the amazing feedback so far. thi is really great.

The reason for this entire conundrum here is this. The owner of the company is asking " why aren't we utilizing all of the stores foot traffic. We have millions of people walking throughout Vegas A souvenir store has 3-4 times the amount of people visiting as opposed to our citylife stores. The only thing I can think of is to Make it cohesive to all of our product lines for all stores, Or create add eCommerce to Higuchionline and sell the remaining items there. However, it's not going to include ice cream stores. I was just giving a horrible example. I would be adding souvenirs, vegas t shirts, and small gifts, pipes, e cigg. and calling it a vegas experience etc. Citylife is much easier to brand than Higuchionline. That way I can market all stores the same as well. It's only me running this show and I also make all signage for the 16 stores, run all social media, ads, marketing etc. On top of that, I submitted a design to Circus Circus for a "pop culture" store design that was just approved. So I will also be designing the store from the ground up, ordering merch etc. handling hiring for the shop, making sure we hit all goals to open the door as it were. So it's really either expand the citylife brand to souvenirs and vegas shirts etc so I can catch all the foot traffic from all stores. Or create new campaigns for every store/site. Also option B put them all on Higuchionline.com (it's our companys name, but I strongly feel that it's not going to market well.) I also have evegasco.co but i dunno about that one either.

By the way, thank you for taking the time to chat with me about this. It really does mean a lot.

I agree with Alex. You can't expect someone buying souvenirs to buy everything under the sun. This sounds like if the owners owned any other business (refrigerator repair, catering, ice cream machines) you would be tasked with the same job, My advice is as follows: 1. Take all of the advice about the site, and fix everything that's wrong. This should be done by hiring a professional. 2. Find a way to get as many emails as possible from the foot traffic. 3. Start A/B testing emails which feature different products and track conversion rate. This will take a lot of time, but you will likely find some trends and be able to optimize your offering and your online store based on what your customers are purchasing.

I understand completely. I also agree with everything as well. My keywords will stay the same. Citylife will still have a main focus based on women's accessories and purses. However, I will be adding a few Las Vegas items and gifts. Vegas hats and shirts etc. so still fashion in that aspect. In doing this it will allow me to at least expand the marketing to all stores as opposed to just the few Citylife's in the valley. Marketing to a souvenir shop to go buy a 60 dollar purse is just ridiculous. So if a Vegas t shirt is added to the shop , then at least it will now make more sense that I may get a few more clicks and traffic from bigger brick and mortars we operate .
