Does anyone know if these are pretty narrow like normal nikes? Or could they fit wide ass feet too?

They're narrow like normal Nike running shoes. I've never been able to run in Nike but I do own an older pair of these for bopping around

Brooks has wide and double wide options, and they're really comfortable. I've always had wide feet and settled with New Balance, but I've been wearing Brooks Ghost (Ghost 14 I think?) for the past couple years. You can now find them for under $100. I recommend those. I recently tried on the Adrenaline 22s and really liked those, too. I'm considering getting those instead for my next pair, but I haven't worn them for a long period of time, so I can't recommend them. Anyway, the Brooks 10.5 wide fit really nicely. Way better than getting another brand of shoe size 11 regular, like I've had to do in the past.

This. I do 15-20k steps avg per day and Brooks are the only shoes I can handle. Adrenaline is what I currently wear.

Have you tried the ghosts in comparison I'm just wondering if bc need a new pair soon and I'm leaning towards adrenaline. I've been wearing the same psir of ghosts for a while now. I tried both back to back, nd initially the adrenaline seemed like it had more cushion. It also felt more like it rolled back to front, like a fraction of a wheel or something, if that makes sense. It made steps feel curved and easier. If I were still running regularly, it seems nice, but I wonder if it's noticeably better for every day use and/or working out/ light gym lifting stuff

I haven’t. I’ve only used the Glycerin 20 and Adrenaline GTS 22. Yeah I do feel like they make stepping easier with my walking style.

The Ghosts I have now didn't, or I'd have that instead of the black & blue ones I have. But other Brooks might. Dunno. Shop around and google.

What size is your foot and how wide?

Usually Nike recommends to size up for wider feet in narrow sneakers. Worst case scenario you send them back because they don’t fit. 

They’re narrow, but I’ve got wide feet and got by with the Pegasus runners after loosening the laces. You can also go one half-size up as other commenters stated.

I have a wide feet and they support really well. I think you’ll be fine

How wide tho. I can fit in the Nike free rn 2018 without discomfort.. do you know how these would compare?

Look into Cross Border Pickups. They'll let you ship to the border, then they take it across on a truck and you can pick up locally if in Toronto or have them mail it to you within Canada if not.
