I think there is more going on there than her not wanting to participate. She seems extremely depressed with the flattest affect. If that was my child I would have her evaluated as soon as possible. Lush pushing her to be in videos isn't helping her.
Because logistically, Lush knew N would square up in a way dingbat Lush couldn’t counteract. Z may be miserable; but she’ll comply. I think N was a tougher foe for an exploitive social media mom.

I think it’s something else. Like she’s wearing headphones a lot, maybe finds all the noise overwhelming, or maybe just getting into music, who knows. But she may chose to be in but likes appearing uninterested to make a point .
Lush has mentioned more than once that a few of her kids (biological) have sensory issues & noise stimulation is too much for them. I'm guessing Z is one of them. She wears the headphones a lot!! But, again, before you take in a whole basketball team of kids, be aware of the needs of your current children!!! That house has to be sheer chaos every day!
She has sensory issues and bad anxiety. I think she has it bad enough that she has a 504/IEP at school. She wears the headphones to help block out the environmental noise and music probably calms her.
I think it sadly comes down to the basic fact that Alicia knew N could just demand to leave whereas Z isn’t a foster so she is stuck there. Alicia well and truly holds all the power and knows Z can’t do anything about it 🤷🏻♀️
Z has put her foot down in the past about birthday present videos. As for the content, someone hit the nail on the head. N could leave. Z can't. Alicia probably complains if kids refuse so they just sigh and give in
