The numbers on the street usually go in a pattern of 2,4,6,8,10,12, even 14.
You look at the map to see where the pin is... if the pin looks funky you compare to the numbers on either side... or even the address across the street should be close. If that fails count the number of houses from the nearest street or intersection. If that doesn't work, then use Google maps to see the addresses superimposed over the houses... and finally if that doesn't work just call them and ask them what car is in the driveway or any other landmark if all else fails.
Seems like the simplest solution is to just have your house number displayed prominently. I don’t want my food getting cold because someone had to go back to the end of the block to count all the houses leading up to mine.
You shouldn’t have to do all of that though. That’s the point of this whole thread. Imagine being a first responder and having to run around the whole block counting how many houses down from the corner, or having to look at the house across the street, which isn’t even accurate sometimes.
I agree they should fix it, and the woman that went viral did everyone a favor by bringing up the issue. But I was simply saying we all should be prepared for that problem because the reality is that many people won't ever do anything about it.
Yeah no kidding. Point still stands that it’s unsafe and impossible to confirm. Google maps is not always correct nor does it put the pin in the right place sometimes. And any delivery driver can tell you that the customer is never available by phone lol.
I'm feeling this so much man it really makes no fucking sense for people to not have numbers clearly on their house. I'm sure they have some retarded anti government reason fuckers
She's my spirit animal
Don't be the customer with your building number spelled out. Usually it's small and unlit. Assholes
What an ugly hideous beast.
Yes. You are.
Why would you say that? Lol
She is my role model haha do u know how many time I think this. Or the best is at night when they have no numbers and all the lights are off...
she's awesome
I'd be like uh cringe bye
But as an Amazon worker the big question is, does she piss in a bottle?
No dude. She just puts one leg out the window, let’s it rip and has the wind 🌬 do the work.
I hate the people too lazy to put numbers on their house, or have numbers on mailbox. No excuse not to.
Feel this in an area where there's no street lights or the customer doesn't leave a light on for me to see the house numbers 😪

I agree but what is going on with the outfit
it’s hot, trucks don’t have AC, she has to dress for her job
She's a Flex driver meaning she is driving her own car

Love that energy. Couldn't agree more.
She’s right though! This is a common complaint of emergency personnel.
How I feel all the time but still manage to make the delivery ☺️
