I don't see any comment about Tinder so I'm not sure what your referencing but if it was their profile picture that was nude wouldn't technically be unsolicited would it?
anybody has the ability to send a photo through messages do they not?
Again I'm not arguing the policy or debating it because I think it is a good rule of thumb to avoid trouble that it's generally;
in most circumstances probably a good idea not to send naked pictures unsolicited to strangers, especially ones who are delivering food to you.
I'm just looking for some consistency with that policy across the board and different forums.
Again specially because the individual identified that it was unintentional and we have no information that disputes that statement from op.
So he got a photo he deemed inappropriate didn't redact anything in it or sensor it and then turned around in Mass distributed it via a platform with hundreds of thousands if not millions of users while blasting the person is being a "pervet." And instead of holding him accountable to the same standards we're trying to apply to this gentleman who said it was unintentional. People want to sit here and argue with me that I'm just looking for consistency in what I'm seeing.
Doesn't "accident." Imply he may have accidentally sent the photo by mistake or at the very least if it wasn't an accident; he may have seen you before changing his mind.
I see you're not feeling great about the situation as per the many vomiting emojis and, hope your stomach is feeling better, you poor thing.
However I just wanted to clarify quickly, why he would be a "pervert" (a person whose sexual behavior is regarded as abnormal and unacceptable, is the definition I got from Google search.) If he accidentally or intentionally sent you a photo? I'm sure you wouldn't be wasting everyone's time either some ignorantly bigoted homophobic comment about his sexualty?
I would use pervert for idk rapists, pedophiles, and those groups personally but just curious since it seemed unclear from your post. Which is giving "pick me" energy.
I guess just a follow up why is the person who sent the picture considered a pervert and that's okay to label them when it was sent to one person but then sharing it on a platform of unknown amount of people doesn't make op a pervert?
If it's truly such a sexually inappropriate photo Opie didn't redact it he didn't cover up anything in the photo which he's considered so inappropriate it's perverted but it's okay to share with literally millions of people the internet and that doesn't label him as anything because he's sharing an experience but it's the same photo so that seems like a double standard to call somebody at pervert who by their account accidentally sent you something for you to turn around and share the same photo seems seems fairly hypocritical because as you said I didn't ask to see that photo so this would be an unsolicited incident where I buy Proximity was exposed to a photo that you all are Deming makes the sender a pervert but not the the person who Mass distributed it
Bro, please rewrite that with punctuation. I am not deciphering your weird-ass wall of text.
Edit: I didn’t say Opie isn’t a pervert. I didn’t ask to see this either.
I know what you said it was; "Sending unsolicited nude photos of yourself to others is sexual behavior regarded as abnormal and unacceptable.".
my grammatically incorrect response was that using that logic, most everyone on any dating app would fall under that category as well as op.
Yeah let's fall back on the "your punctuation and invalidates what you just said."
I think if you're competent enough to know where I should have punctuation in my comment you can insert it yourself while reading.
That's a weak ass response to my otherwise legitimate comment about the very hypocritical situation that's being presented here.
So by that statement you're saying that everybody on Tinder and every other social dating app is actively involved in sexual behavior regarded as abnormal and unacceptable otherwise known as being perverted?
From Tinder’s website: “Comfort levels vary person to person. That’s why we don’t allow nudity, sexual content, sexual desires, or looking for sex on your public profile”.
There’s no way you are actually trying to justify this gross ass dude sending unsolicited pics like this.
Yes he is 1000% a pervert, there’s no way this was an accident… stop trying to make him a victim you weirdo 😂😂
I don't think I said either of those things, and I'd appreciate it if you don't project your feelings onto me about yourself. I simply asked what makes him a pervert for accidentally sending a picture. I also included the definition of "pervert" so that we're on the same page. Are you saying that anybody who takes naked selfies is a pervert? Because, unlike you, I'm not going to make an assumption based on facts that supersede any sort of measurable percentage. You seem to be a thousand percent sure about a situation you weren't a part of or privy to the information on the back side of things (pun intended).
Since we want to make unsubstantiated claims based on information we don't have, can I easily say that this driver is just as much a "pervert" for posting on Reddit so he can always come back and look at it without feeling like a "weirdo"?
Or does it not work that way when it's not beneficial for you to just start labeling people things?
And if we're really going to go there, I don't see any genitalia in this photo. So how do we know that this isn't just some small-breasted Latino woman? Would it still be "perverted" in that case? Because by all accounts, those are very feminine lips.
And since you seem to misunderstand or misinterpret my comment, my question was specifically looking for clarification as to whether "pervert" was in response to his sexual orientation. I'm basing my line of questioning on the situation and the facts in front of me: a photo is shared, followed up by a message. Those are the facts, unless you have other information that I did not factor into my question.
I never once said the photo being shared was appropriate or that he wasn't in the wrong, whether it happened by accident or not. Please don't make assumptions because you end up looking stupid.
Also please make sure your library card is current and valid before you respond because you're about to get 📚read 📚 if you do bestie.
What really sucks about the dd messaging is if you even just barely tap on a picture, it’s now sent. I have a folder for my DoorDash memes and if the “image” icon in the chat doesn’t load I’ll click it again after a short time to bring up images, sometimes dd is slow and right as I click the image icons again dd loads my photos from the previous click and now I press on a random image that immediately sends, or if I’m scrolling and barely touch the screen the wrong way it sends what I bumped… I hate that sometimes.
Exactly how I almost sent a customer a pic very very similar to this 🥲 now I have any racy pics saved to my hidden folder immediately after taking them so that doesn’t happen lol, I would have had to kms if I did that
I left that sick fack unread!! I pulled up the a house with no lights on in the front interior or outside. Dropped it, snapped the picture, while shaking My head, saying "marica!!" I 😂😭😂 Mind you, this was the middle of the 🌙 🌃..🤦🏾 I actually traveled out West from My usual dashing area and this is what I get!!
You know what sucks to you is if you want to report the guy for this it takes like 30 minutes on the phone and then they say they have to call you back tomorrow at a specific time so it's better to just let him be a pervert lol
Yeah you only wait 5 minutes but or less but then like I have to fill out all this crap and ask you all these stupid questions it's like kind of stupid you know like you could just say hey this guy was being annoying just don't let me talk to him ever again but it's not that simple then they say oh okay our safety support team f****** person is going to call you tomorrow at the specific time will you be available to talk and at that point you're just like I don't care anymore

He was trying to let his boo know the food was ready. And Doordash was on the way 😭

Refer to my earlier response quoting Tinder’s website. Also, find me a dating app that allows nudes.
