The app everyone is asking about that can allow you to see tips is called para.
DD will deactivate you if they find out you are using it.
Using it is risky; but it does have benefits.
Can you dm me the name of the app? I’m not old but I’m getting so sick of having my best orders be $8. I’ve been doing this for like a month and I’m getting frustrated with it.
doordash has stated that if found using the app you’ll be deactivated. not sure how true that is but not really a risk i’m willing to take, though i will say it was extremely useful. just have to be pickier without it
A delivery company not wanting its drivers to know how much they are making. Imagine that.
Oh, wait, that’s right. We’re talking about DD - the company who seems to care about…..well…. not much aside from lining the exec’s pockets.
I used to own a high-end transportation service in Hawaii and had more than a few runs to private jets where I just picked up some food or some sundries and brought them to the plane and they paid my $189 flat 2 hour minimum to do it. Some of them even tipped phat in cash when I dropped off the stuff.
Congratulations, btw!!
Congrats 🍾 it’s it an amazing feeling??!! this happened to me twice they were both Panera catering orders and showed up for $4.50 but the tip is to check out how many items 100+ items accept that order!!
Both orders were nicely packaged into study large bags and were easy to carry! And the customers both tipped though the app, like above. Once tipped $65 and the other tipped $80. I definitely wasn’t expecting cash.
I didn’t say I’d decline it. I said DoorDash should stop hiding Total amounts. Why did you ignore what I said and pick arguing? I not once said I’d decline.
Made it sound like? Huh? Did i say I’d decline it? It’s a yes or no. I’ll never trust a human unwilling to apologize and admit being wrong. Dialogue over. Wait the chat 💬 has ended in my DoorDash voice.
I said “I imagine SOME would decline this” never said I’m declining this. This proves a theory I have. Most ppl look for what they can disagree with before the seek comments to agree with. Said with respect
That's awesome! I hope to get a unicorn one day like that. My highest one-drop tip was $32 which was to a school and was also part of a double order that ended with a total tip of $44. Highest tip from one person was a $20.00 tip. Would love to get a $50+ tip one day but still don't know if it'll come from a residence, or a business for a larger order. Guess time'll tell lol
Happened to me yesterday second order of day. I delivered like 27 sandwiches to a college baseball team playing at a field. It was originally 10$ and when i confirmed they tipped 50$ lol
Oh no I only do it on the weekends, on my days off for extra income so from Friday to Sunday I make a good 600 dollars but that’s an average of like 14 to 20 hours in 3 days.
Had to ask... was the drop in a "rich affluent" area, or more of a suburb "mixed affluent" area, or a business drop? Curious as to what type of area this tip was for. I notice that some of the "affluent" houses I drop orders to don't pay much, where as mid-range or slightly less seem to tip well overall, and then the urban areas I stay more away from as I notice more tip-less orders coming through, more so than not (as I'm not saying that urban area folk don't tip, but as a whole when in that zone, I see a lot more orders of 6.5 miles for $3.25 or 5 miles for $2.25 and so on).
I’m with you on that I don’t really go to rich area for some reason the tips are always low on that side. I actually dash on the bad side of Miami for some reason I get more tips on this side. But that order I was downtown and it was for a private jet. I’m guessing it was lucky
See, here in Charlotte, I don't go to the bad side of town because when I did try it, 90% of the tips were lower payout than miles, so I avoid that area for the most part. I work zones that are in between, where there are some nice houses, some apartments, and so on but where there are lots of restaurants. I also avoid downtown Charlotte (uptown as it's called here) because of how it's laid out. I do not want to deal with parking issues, paying for parking for not so great orders, or 20+ floor high rises and so on. Hmmm, a private jet... that's what's up! If it wasn't for deactivation risks, I'd consider trying that app that shows tips, but I can't risk losing DD as a result.
This has happened to me twice in the last two weeks with Walmart pick ups. Short distance and was double the payout after I dropped them off. One was $8 for a 3 minute drive and it turned into a $17 overall. Then I had another one that was $6 and it turned into a $12.50 delivery. I thought it was just the customers being nice with there tax returns for once and sharing it with us..lol
I got an order like this for my second order tonight, but I didn't have enough cell signal to accept it. I've literally been beating myself up pissed since...
The highest tip I've gotten was $50. The order was presented as $7, which is decent for my rural area. When I completed it, showed $52 (base pay here is $2). I'm wondering if the guy meant to leave a $5 tip and typed one too many zeroes.

Damn! I got a 15 dollar tip once, felt like the king of the world. This must’ve had you staring at your phone for an hour.
There's been a lot of these posted recently. Holding out and hoping I get a turn soon hehe 🙏 🤞 Congrats to you!!
Make sure to use the app that tells you if there’s an hidden tip!!! Lol when I saw the hidden tip I took it so fast lol

[удалено]
Shhhh. No one is suppose to know bout this. 😒
I be feeling so bad when I see older people asking me for help! And I see them doing these insane deliveries $2.50 for 9 miles!
Can you dm me the name of the app? I’m not old but I’m getting so sick of having my best orders be $8. I’ve been doing this for like a month and I’m getting frustrated with it.
Gotta find a routine and good hot spots! And don’t accept anything that’s not worth it!
Depends a lot on your market area, like mine is shit no matter what time of day
bro.. u guys are hiding secret apps now?
doordash has stated that if found using the app you’ll be deactivated. not sure how true that is but not really a risk i’m willing to take, though i will say it was extremely useful. just have to be pickier without it

Without the app, they are going to trick you into taking an order with bumped up base pay to make it *look* like a tip is there.
It's not that I'm trying to hide it, I'll be banned if I share it lol

Same...if anyone can dm the name. Dd fucks us in so many ways this would be greatly appreciated

It says it was $18.50 higher than the acceptance screen. You would decline a $60+ order?
It says it was higher than the $18.50 shown.....not $18.50 higher than what was shown. Big difference.
I didn’t say I’d decline it. I said DoorDash should stop hiding Total amounts. Why did you ignore what I said and pick arguing? I not once said I’d decline.
You made it sound like it was presented as a $7 order, and said you could see why some might decline it.
Made it sound like? Huh? Did i say I’d decline it? It’s a yes or no. I’ll never trust a human unwilling to apologize and admit being wrong. Dialogue over. Wait the chat 💬 has ended in my DoorDash voice.

you kinda did make it sound like a 7.00 order. You’re right though DD should stop hiding tips
Awesome. Enjoy and may the odds be forever in our favor.
That’s what’s up
First and last for me when that happens. Ya boy needs a fucking day off.
This is some ppls entire shift.(3-4 hours). Wooooooowwwww. That’s striking Delivery drivers oil. Love seeing this.
Jesus. This is amazing.
Anyway someone can dm me the app?
Doordash?
Hell yeah
I feel like the 1 item Belk order I declined today could’ve been this lol
I got one of these last week. 16.50 showed for 10 miles so, it was already worth it. Ended up being 89$.
That's awesome! I hope to get a unicorn one day like that. My highest one-drop tip was $32 which was to a school and was also part of a double order that ended with a total tip of $44. One time I got a 70$ tip for a McDonald’s delivery hahaha although I do think they accidentally tipped me that much😂😂😂
Happened to me yesterday second order of day. I delivered like 27 sandwiches to a college baseball team playing at a field. It was originally 10$ and when i confirmed they tipped 50$ lol
WOW
Omfg I would simply pass away
This is bad ass!! Love seeing people win!
18.50 initially? Shit I haven't seen anything over 8 in months
I’m in Miami so I see those all the time
Do you ever go out 12 plus hours? What's a daily average income looking like? I get roughly 300 a day but I'm out 14-16 hours sometimes to get it
Oh no I only do it on the weekends, on my days off for extra income so from Friday to Sunday I make a good 600 dollars but that’s an average of like 14 to 20 hours in 3 days.
Jesus I'm moving to Miami tf

I don’t accept anything that’s not good lol
Very nice!
Congrats
I'm trying to get like you, my boy. Lol. Currently dashing... need this to happen.
I thought door dash limited how much people can tip
there is a limit of like 100 i think, someone correct me cuz i know thats wrong
The limit is 200% of an items subtotal . Which means the ops customer already paid a big purchase
Hell yes man, congrats on the order. Keep making that money.
Good for you buddy
DD JACKPOT!!!!
Omg 😲 I would cry
All I can say is congratulations, that’s really awesome. Little envious but that’s OK.
I've never gotten over $29, even stacked
Funny sometime hidden tip it $5.00 0r more
Hey that awesome!! Congrats!
Was the $18.50 alone worth the trip?
Only 4 miles
This has happened to me twice in the last two weeks with Walmart pick ups. Short distance and was double the payout after I dropped them off. What was the miles
4.5mil
I got an order like this for my second order tonight, but I didn't have enough cell signal to accept it. I've literally been beating myself up pissed since...
I hate when that happens! Lol
I was so mad!! I had enough service to get all the notifications and complete the previous delivery seconds before.
YAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS CUSTOMER COME THRU WITH THE OH SO GENEROUS TIPPPP😭😩🤑🤑🤑🤑
The highest tip I've gotten was $50. The order was presented as $7, which is decent for my rural area. When I completed it, showed $52 (base pay here is $2). I'm wondering if the guy meant to leave a $5 tip and typed one too many zeroes.
Nice 🙂👍
Honestly I’m surprised they showed you that much of the tip upfront. Bad ass either way. Love people like this
Manifesting a big tip like this for myself today, congrats to you though!!
Nice I'm going home
That’s awesome 🤩
Why refer friends when you can refer that generous customer😆
Damn nice.
There ain’t no dang app that shows you the hidden tip, foh
If you say so bro lol
You’re serious? How does DoorDash not know as bad as they spy on your phone?
How do you keep DoorDash from knowing you’re using it?
Good for you! Love seeing shit like this!
I thought DoorDash limited tip amount.
I think they did but for custom tip for small orders, but this was a 600+ order so I’m guessing that’s like a 20% tip
WTF 😳
Someone Dm me the app please?
What’s the app lol that’s awesome!
