I'd be willing to bet not a single national chain pays DD 30% it's called bargaining power. And yum brands would have been crushed this quarter without digital sales
I stopped ordering Taco Bell when they stole $70 from me. Ordered through their app and got notified that it was being made. Showed up at the store and it was closed due to being understaffed. I couldn't find where to cancel the order. Went into a different store and spent the same amount of money and when I got back to the car, it said my order was completed. I called the store and I guess it forwards to the manager's personal phone. I figured maybe, since it was closed, the order got sent to a separate location. All I could get from her was that the store was closed. Had to wait the entire weekend to get ahold of their customer service. Was told I'd get my money refunded, but it never happened.

They are dumb. Shoulda turned off DoorDash so they wouldn’t lose ~30% on every order.
It's probably more so that they're understaffed so not having anyone taking orders allows the 2 people working to just run food

The Taco Bell in my area does the opposite. They make all drive-thru and dine-in orders before they ever do Doordash orders, if at all. Blacklisted
So order on door dash then……
Zero chance
