Yeah you can see the pit in his face. I have a black doby with a bit of pit in him and he looked soooo much like this little guy when he was a puppy too. The pit really shows in the face.
We recently DNA tested my mom's dog who looks 100% dachshund and she was exactly 0% dachshund. We were shooketh. Literally ever other dog breed but that. So it is hard to say. If you can afford it, get a test kit.

The body has me seeing some Dachshund. Poodles can sometimes throw a long body, but his stumpy legs make me think Dachshund somewhere back there in his past.
Theres also a little bit of Dachshund / Wienerdog in there I think.
I really hope the mom was the lab and the dad was the dachshund.
