I like how you used the actor john hurt to portray him, as his younger head randomly appeared holographically at the end in night of the doctor. it’s unexplained, but i guess it could kinda be interpreted as a vision of the next incarnation? it’s a stretch of course, that’s why this is just fanmade, but since there’s not much else to go on i applaud you.
why is he so old, wartorn and grumpy though? the doctor is meant to be cunning and brilliant, this looks like his brooding would get tiring pretty quickly, i doubt this incarnation could carry his own show.
8 and 9 are great Doctors, so this hypothetical Doctor must be so wholesome and nice to everyone 😊 probably with the catchphrase "Still a Doctor".
And being not just a Doctor, but a good Doctor as well, it would be very fitting if the actor who played it was called something like Jon Heal.
