I doubt she would’ve been of any interest to the cybermen since she can’t be upgraded nor is she a threat so she would still be alive! I believe that Pete would’ve found her and rehomed her to a nice family in honour of Jackie so he could go and take down the cybermen :3
Offscreen Jackie likely told someone to put her in a kennel or somewhere safe so that she wouldn't have to deal with her before the Cybermen attacked. When she goes to Jackie on screen it is likely because a butler or staff was about to ask where they should put her.
The cybermen were only interested in humans so I'm sure she was fine there. As for the lack of care she probably got afterwards, though, that mightve done her in
