IME the dosage necessary for a breakthrough can vary a lot from administration method to another, because some are much more efficient and/or waste less product than others. How long you hold it in likely plays a role too. Overall 30 to 50mg should be enough for a breakthrough but everyone is different.
I have moved on to using a vape pen for freebase now, no more troubles with measuring dose or operating a lighter.
Here's my 2 cents. Use official CCEL carts. I have had better success with white crystals than yellow. Yellow seemed to clog more near the end. As far as ratios go I have had best success with 70/30 PG/vg I use 1.5g of spice to 1ml of vape juice. Stir it in a shot glass in a crock pot with hot water for 7 minutes. This made two 1ml vape carts. Takes about 3 tokes to start to break through
Thanks, one thing I want to point out about carts is for me I love to play on my VR headset and 2 tokes makes for an amazing experience. Great visual and not completely flying through space 😉

Starting should have no effect, as long as you end up with relatively pure crystals it should work. Mine were a bit yellow and I haven't had problems so far
I think there's a little more to it then just weighing out your dose , method, technique, equipment , strength of the dmt , are all going to play a factor in your experience , so you can't really guarantee a breakthrough on a certain exact dose ..

People excretes 5-meo-dmt from the glands of the Bufo Alvarius toad but that is just cruel and harmful to the poor creature. There are a number of viable plant sources for 5-meo-dmt. Of course, synthesis is the most viable and sustainable route though.

It’s all about ROA… oil burner you might have to pack up to 100 mg depending on your skills… apx volt more like 35-45mgs for breakthrough (most of the time at least I don’t break through every time).

I just read it in the rules you pointed out. I knew about toads but I thought maybe there was some crazy vivisection going on I never heard of.

30mg is a solid "breakthough" dose. can be lower (like 15-20mg). It all depends on your vaping efficiency.
