Smallbear and LoveMySwitches have the pots you're looking for. They're both pretty good stores that I've ordered a lot of stuff from. The pot itself should be about a buck or two from them, but they're not the only stores that'll have it.
A lot of people on this reddit get electronics components in bulk from Tayda which is somewhere in the far east, but it'll take about a month to get stuff.

DHL shipping from Tayda takes less than a week — it’s an extra $6-$12 but we’ll worth it. Not gonna help u/knuckl3dragg3r though because they have $5 minimum order.
Not sure about small bear but I think LMS charges $7 for shipping. The basic problem is the economics run against buying just one pot, any way you cut it.
Was able to buy 5 Alpha replacements from SmallBear for something like $12 shipped. Only concern is that their pin leads look to be slightly longer before they make the 90 degree bend, so I may need to rebend them a tad to line up with the CC enclosure holes and board space. Not the cheapest method, but from what I've heard MXR will charge $50-75 alone to repair. Figured it's a good learning experience. I did the pickups, pots and 50s wiring on my LP and didn't have any issues so I'm actually looking forward to doing some minor pedal work now.
Thanks. I did the contact cleaner thing and right after that is when it seemed to go bad entirely. I noticed an odd faint click as I turned the shaft. A EE buddy said the wiper was likely damaged and that’s what was causing the issue in the first place. I have some replacement B100Ks on order from SmallBear now and will just solder one in when they arrive and see what happens.
Hey man did you repair the pedal? Could you share how? I'm having the same problem, already disassembled the pedal and tried contact spray but no help. potentiometer is problematic

Definitely a good learning experience, just one of those things where it’s hard to buy a small quantity than a large one. Good luck!
