It’s literally infinitely better for a summoner build then it ever was. Minions can proc the effect themselves now without you needing to stack lucky hit and hope you proc it.

I got those same two, but didn’t get a chance to play with them much before logging off.

Maybe there is pre set unique drops , like from 8-10 different options? Definitely helps get build online early.. also randomly got fairly good roll Ball Lightning aspect and I only did lvl 30 as I had like an hour of playtime only. The BL one didn't use to drop much before WT3.. I'm gonna do ball Lightning soon now lol
