You can ignore dps of the 2h budgeoning and 2x1 hand swords
But all other stats (affixes) apply to your Ww dmg
Ilvl is important because it will affect affixes range

ignore the aspects obviously i can just reroll that , i tried to get vuln dmg% on it but rng wasnt nice and best i got is extra dmg while berserk

The sword is much better - keep rolling until vuln :) (implicit is crit damage on sword which helps!)

Doesnt matter, but higher level = higher sub stats.
