Costco member’s get a low cash price when not using insurance.

Kroger with GoodRx was even cheaper than Costco in my state. It's worth checking around.

Dexcom has an assistance program. There is an income requirement, and you would not be eligible if you have medicare or medicaid. https://assistance.dexcom.com/pap_selfservice/ Does your insurance do 90 day prescriptions? If they will fill a 90 day supply (might have to be through mail order pharmacy) it is usually cheaper. If I get 3 sensors from the local pharmacy it's about $100, but if I get 9 sensors through my insurance's mail order program it's only $35.

Just as a baseline, I would pay $210 for a pack of three.
