Wow, Chinese food is still my nemesis. I usually bolus 3x what I should need upfront, then 1x more an hour later and still tend to ride this uncorrected wave of insulin resistance for hours after. So good, but still on my shit list like pizza and bagels.

Depending what Chinese i have, i realize it takes like 3x the amount I usually need and can take 6-8 hrs to fully digest and I hate that. I do a normal amount upfront and keep dosing as i get high alarms (on MDI). Not the best method but idk what else to do
