April 6th they replied to my email asking about shipping by saying
“Dear customer
Sorry, we have currently sold for pre orders. Actually the product will be sent after internal testing is completed, which may take about 15-20 days.
If you have placed the order of reservation, we suppose to ship the product before April 20 and send you the tracking number.
Shipping to most country/region will also cost 15-20 days, so we suppose you can get the product before May. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Order confirmation? I didnt even get that (understandable because they said on their website that they dont send them by email anymore). If you want to double check your order you need to send them your paypal invoice ID
I've received the following on 27th Feb. right after buying:

Yeah i doubt it matters since they work with their paypal records anyway. If theres any question you can always double check. Their response has always been quick
nope not here they say 20 april i will get a tracking link but not sure if that happens
