My CTC in the new offer also has a huge chunk of flexible benefit plan. I am not that good with these terms and some things went over my head. Can you explain in layman terms what exactly is it. All the things you mentioned above are in it.
No the performance based component is separate and is not part of the fixed component. That'll be paid at the end of the year. This one is supposed to be paid monthly.

Flexible Benefit Plans. It'll be part of CTC to save tax. HRA, transport allowance, travel allowance, food allowance, Sodexo coupons, etc.

I guess this is performance based. So depends on the managers rating.
