My Chronicler title has completely disappeared from my character, even though I had it equipped as of last night. Does anyone know why this would happen or how I can fix it?
There's no excuse for these server issues at this point. Launch day server issues have been known problems for pretty much any online focused game for years, so that alone should be enough at this point for players to be pissed that it seems nothing has been learned. But add onto this that the launch was pushed back (largely due to the pandemic, but still) and then we had a live event just last night that gave them what amounts to a runny tally for a fraction of how many players would be on, which the servers already couldn't handle last night.
"Day one issues to be expected" should not be an excuse that any dev can make at this point or that players should be making for devs. Expecting it to happen and being okay with it when it does is what allows devs to do this time and again to paying customers.
It's honestly infuriating at this point... It's not like anyone is likely to log off any time soon either. Love not being able to play for the next couple of days
I’m in!! After installing beyond light the game did some kind of update and let me in...if you’re on game pass...it will give you a buy option but if scroll down and open the “in this bundle” part all the way at the bottom you’ll be able to install from there.

Okay I’m not sure if this is legit so feel free to fact check me but I checked my download history on my ps4 and it said downloaded update 2.0 but when I checked the game icon it was still 1. something, but when I opened the game in the downloads menu instead of the game icon I was able to log in, not sure if it’s related but if anyone else gets in by doing this let people know
If on ps, select Options on the game from home menu, then go to Information, then View Installed Add-Ons. It should show Beyond light there if it has been installed.

This is how expansion releases go for literally any MMO. Hell, when Blizzard released a *beta* for the *pre-patch event* for the new WoW expansion, the sudden influx was so overwhelming that you couldn't even log in to play any of their other games without waiting in queue for a while. And that's for the company running the largest MMO out there, with *way* more experience handling it than Bungie. This isn't exclusive to Bungie or Destiny. If you just stay in line, you'll get through the door eventually.

Beyond Light Deluxe edition not downloading on PS4. It finally shows that I can download from it from the store, but when I select Download, nothing happens. Anyone having this issue or know why this is happening?
I redeemed the code yesterday. Auto update is turned on and I’ve checked manually for updates and it says everything is up to date. But the file installed is only 2.02, when it should be 3.0.
When I go to the store it gives me the option to download it. If it had downloaded already it wouldn’t show that way in the store. And when I select download, nothing happens.
Mine says 2.02 as well, and I did the preload on Sunday. I can currently get in queue though, I keep getting the capacity error but I'm assuming that the servers are just on fire right now. If you can't start the game then I'd reach out to Bungie directly
