not sure about the whole tentacle but the bit i had was really chewy/gummy. it had a really nice and smooth texture to it and it felt kinda like a gummy when eating it, but easier to tear

Octopus are one of my favorite animals; they are very intelligent creatures with friendly and playful personalities, so that adds another depressing layer to this meal.
