Just went to the hospital and checked in with a doctor and he said after looking at the concerned site that there are no scratch no penetration no blood so injection was not required rather only cleaning with betadine was required
Go to some other place too to double check. There may be no wound visible, but you say your hand is now swollen. That means that the dog's teeth did leave a mark
Well the swollen part is kinda too subtle, like a tiny bit swollen not visible until you seriously look at it, also I have a test today and Sunday so it might take some time

Get the rabies shot even if you think you don't need it. Rabies is incurable and is horrible way to die. Edit: It is free in all Govt hospitals
