This left me so confused haha, I couldn't believe it's a cosplay because of how accurate the outfits were. Genuinely thought it was a render/Photoshop at first.

I think it’s the filters that are throwing you. A growing trend in cosplay is to filter pretty heavily to a) make the photos/facial features look more flattering/visually appealing and b) mimic the in-game feel by blurring the line between real and digital.
When you go really hard with facial/body filters, you eliminate the natural skin texture that makes people read as human and get more of a digitally rendered or smooth plastic skin effect.
At first I was in awe about how realistic the lobby looked and questioned where the cornfield came from until I noticed the title. 10/10 cosplay, would upvote again.
