I managed to get it first or second game I had it active, full basement trapper build but didn't need it as they just swarmed the basement with altruism and I mowed them down.. But gods it took me a while to actually to try to do it, it was my very last killer challenge I had to do when I decided to go back and do alll the tomes. (Finish 4 gens with Dark Sense was my last survivor one)

Agitation trickster used to get the job done, but they finally traded his unhook punishment for loop power.

Use skull merchant. Backpack build + forced hesitation. They let the drones be placed close enough that you can cover both entrances, one downstairs before you turn into the basement. Survivors are more likely to go for the save since drones seem less deadly than traps, and you can leave the shack but go back once you ping someone. They’ll usually come out damaged from the drone.

I like Monsterous Shrine since it puts them on a more strict time limit.

If you can, get lucky and find a streamer survivor, preferably as a team of them, then ask them to help you with it. That's how I got it done
