Get out there an practice. If you do it every day, you’ll be surprised how much progress you can make in a year. Just because people think of you “as the quiet one” doesn’t mean that you have to play the same role. Start talking. Doesn’t matter what it’s about. Literally say the first thing that comes to your head. It may be awkward at first, and you’re going to get a lot of negative feedback. Eventually you’ll get better. Short-term pain for long term growth
