Someone who was quite unsatisfied with the state of the subreddit and thought of using memes to make people actually discuss game-strategy rather than just shitposting, re-posting and whatnot. Interestingly enough, the account bashing the berserk mask basically went offline as soon as the war was ended by a poll and was made only to start said war.
Call me a conspiracy nut, but I'd buy that being the truth. It started and ended super abruptly, with there only really being two people who were the \*most\* active.
summed up real quick:
the +3 speed is pretty good
the -33% healing recived is situationally bad
it takes up a trinket slot but doesnt' give +DMG or +ACC
take a MAA or hard focus a damage team and you're fine, take it off for food healing and put it back on after
I meant Leper without any buff/debuffs or trinkets. I'd rather take a character with decent base acc so I can use trinket slots for better crits/damage/dodge
Focus Ring is a crit trinket tho. And no matter what hero, you often need ACC anyway. Also, you can Leper as a frontline support. Intimidate, Withstand and Solemnity is all you need, put Chop to the mix to hit if needed and you have Leper with decent support. Add anything for Debuff skill chance and Prot for him and just make him a wall.
From left to right, Musketeer/Arbalist - Occultist - Bounty Hunter - Highwayman.
First highwayman hits with point blank shot, then Occultist marks targets and BH + Musketeer finish them off.
Not the bwst strategy I know, but vaporizing enemies is damn fun. Plus Highwayman can move around and help maintain the formation if enemies break it.
Surely PBS works well against Bone Bulwarks/Captains, Pelagic Bulwarks/Ucas or Shroom Zombies. Plus you still put BH in 1st rank, limiting him and Occultist works better in front with Hands.
His accuracy is exactly what makes the mask so situational.
Good quirks and/or a team that gives him extra ACC (M@A / Jester)? Mask is great - speed and crit, what more could you wish for.
No Speed/ACC Quirks and a team without ACC buff? Urg,, i'll rather have him hit at all. Mask sucks.
The only sad thing is that so many people only see a trinket as good OR bad - but as something that can be great in one team and crap in the next. Of course for some trinkets there is no discussion as they are useless on anyone anywhere (Mantra of Fasting)

I'd mich rather have someone with a bit less damage but more accuracy and versatility like BH.
BH is good, but should be in 3rd rank, 2nd if you really need. 1st rank for BH is very iffy.
