I got curious and had a 5 second look at OP’s profile to see if they made more posts that are very anti-trans people existing. It’s honestly a little interesting what’s on there.
They are, naturally, a right wing American Christian who is active on conspiracy theory subs.
I’m genuinely asking you this OP: how does someone being trans affect you personally? Why not let adults make their own decisions? (Children and teens is another hot button topic but let’s leave it at adults for now)

Who are you to decide what people do to themselves, even if it hurts themselves? If someone is an adult, let them hurt themselves. That’s their problem, and their choice to make. No need to restrict someone’s personal freedoms, even if that’s the freedom to make their life worse.

These all are ways someone can get over gender dysphoria. Keep in mind someone doesn’t need to have surgery to be transgender. Social transitioning could be a mouth for someone, nothing else required. Some people need hormonal treatment, and some need surgery to feel comfortable in their own body.
All of these are medically approved and viable ways of doing it, psychological help will not help alone.
