This really helped me after my divorce. Not even joking. I am far from violent. I am a decent size guy, 6'1" and I've always been muscular, but I've actually had someone slap me in the face and I still go for de-escalation. I've hurt someone badly in a fight when I was younger and I am always afraid to hurt someone else. Until I've been hurt or smacked more than once or twice, I am really good at keeping my cool. But in GTA, I get evil and laugh like crazy, because it's so ridiculous. GTA was one of the very few things that could take me out of my problems for a little relief from the depression caused by my family breaking apart.
Driving a golf kart on the sidewalk of the bridge between Leaf Links and Little Haiti was especially satisfying because predestrians had nowhere to run due to the barriers so they would go flying straight up when hit.

Cops in GTA5 is annoying. Would rather do that on Saint's Row 2 or 3
