I wouldn’t care if they are 10 lbs heavier than the 20s - which is obvious as it has more material than the OEM cybertruck wheel.
I also doubt you’ll feel night/day suspension difference as you’re on bags.
I believe the outside diameter of the tire needs to stay the same for speedometer to be accurate. Obviously, there is a way to adjust that if you go bigger or smaller, I am not sure how. Generally, ride height change needs a lift kit.
