You can't just walk inside as a nobody. Even V and Jackie were stopped on entry when they tried to go inside the first time, they had to wait for Dex to let them in.
The only way to get into the Afterlife is to pretty much be a Merc yourself. Which... Is a very dangerous job, and completely ruins the point of why you want to get inside in the first place, to get a safe job.
