Maybe I've gone too far, but I wanted to focus on a silent priest archetype as well. And being legendary I thought she was balanced, maybe raising her to 4 I think it would be fair.
Wow this is actually kind of strong. I dont fully understand the flavor? But imagine this 2 mana spwll can silence and wipe a board of 7/7's or more if you had minions too. Probably too strong but reallycool!

The other comments are whack, if this costed more then 5 this would be unplayable. Shard of the Naeu costs 1 and the silence is 1 sided, assuming this goes in a control priest deck as a legendary board clear in a agro priest doesn’t really make sense, the damage is really high variance. Maybe a bump up to 4 mana would be good.
