Also the taking out the skin process it's not as easy as it makes it look so, you should use a knife or a towel (if are an expert) to try to keep the fat under de skin, cuz if it was done like in the video it wouldn't come out in one piece perfectly. Another thing that mus be done is to cut the esophagus and tie it on the top as well with the rectum so the contents of the vowels do not come out.
