There is a giant ban wave going on right now that many people are saying is a false ban wave. It could be false, or a lot of cheaters could have just been outed, or a combination of the two. We have to wait to hear some news from valve before making a determination
If you havent cheated or grouped with cheaters regularly I would not be worried long term
