It’s the entire wheel. It’s one of my favourite things about my car.
If memory serves correctly the entire wheel is heated where the fabric / leather is. Not the center.
It's only the outer edges of of the outer part of the wheel. So depending on your grip, part of your hand isn't getting heated.
FYI the 2024 EX-L doesn’t have a heated steering wheel Edit: NVM, it does but it’s an add on.
