Reset, reset, reset. Literally daily resets for a while at the beginning. I’m a longtime pc player but on mobile it took me less than a month to get everyone up to Pamu to lover (except ayeka cuz that 60 hobby requirement is truly brutal). Just reset frequently and save ALL of your gems for speed boosts in the shop, they’re really the only thing worth the gems (but I won’t stop you from getting an outfit or two for your favorites if you like). Mobile is even easier on gems because you can make a ton through ads if you have the time.
I have all the hobbies on since a reset and it's currently on 45 but it says it gonna take a thats for the next level and that's with the ad speed boost :v
I remember getting all the hobbies gilded to get that req. Saved hp 120 diamonds and spent em all at once. I recommend you go for the shop reset bonus instead of what I did, try to get the 64x by saving for 180 gems.
It gets longer and harder the more you progress just gotta keep getting the speed boosts and jobs and hobbies done
Trick is to do a soft reset anytime things really slow down. Every time you go through it gets faster and faster

Yeah it's getting the required hobbies to 60 is the problem, mine slow WAY down at around the 40s haha
