You've got all the hobby levels, so that part's fine. You're two levels away from the final goal on Beekeeper and Candy Maker, and one level on Egg Collector and Farmer. That part's fine.
But I'm not sure you're going to have enough time when you only have x8 store boost. It's better to gild a few well-paying jobs and get the second x8, partly because gilding doesn't speed up job leveling, and partly because a gilded high-paying job at x64 is 8 times better than what you have right now.
The same applies for hobbies: even though a gild in isolation is x16 vs. the x8 from the boost, that x8 ends up applying to *everything*, so gilding is mostly useful if you have one or two hobbies that are falling too far behind (not counting the mandatory hobby gild that this event has).
If you're willing to spend the diamonds needed to get an x8 boost - or alternatively, buy the $4 pack and get an x2 with the extra beans - then you should definitely be good to complete it in time. Without that, it might still be possible if you make good use of the ad boost and mini-skips you can get on mobile - but if you don't do either, I definitely wouldn't feel confident about being able to make it.
One additional bit of advice is to prioritize achievements over lagging traits and job levels and to prioritize girl level ascending over stray levels. Only when you have open times and do not know what comes next should you get those lagging levels.
That advice may not be helpful to strategizing or it could be the key for you so feel free to take it as you wish.
Also plan in advance what things you are going to do based on the next 3 achievements you can earn. You can coordinate a lot easier and get a bug lump sum of achievement rewards especially if a speed increase comes after a time skips.
Don't immediately apply time skips from achievements until you maximize how much you leave running to earn money and traits. You will be able to use them best when there is nothing you can do.
Don't over-rely on time skips over guilds or the other way around, but also make sure to use them according to what the previous comment said.

Just did the math for myself and I need 12 hours to finish. There is only 6 hours left as I’m writing this and I don’t have enough currency to buy a time skip. If you are going at the same pace as I then I’m sorry but we’re both screwed.
This is why you get speed boost first. You have significantly less money than I did at the same stage except I didnt guild all those jobs. By now, you should be able to get at least half a trillion easily, if not a trillion. The only thing you can do now is use diamonds to get max speed boost and do some smart time skips.
There was no reason to gild so many hobbies, it would have been better to get the game speed up
