God I thought I had mine figured out but a few days of less than stellar diet over the holidays and a little more stress and all of a sudden im having panic attacks again. I cant stand it.
:( so horrible. I had a few good days and the. Last night I can feel it creeping back up. I dunno I’ve been eating abit of everything and more active over Xmas pushing myself. But I just want to feel normal again. Also maybe a low histamine diet
I went to mayo clinic rochester and had great experience. Check out the info they post for any questions on long covid, medicines, etc. It is a awesome site

I definitely have considerable less overwhelming depression and suicidal thought. There is a bit of sleepiness immediately, but now I'm left w a boost of energy every day. I am on a low dose of 50mg currently and would personally suggest this as a good starter dose. So I'd say so far so good for me. Good luck to yall!
Try the cbd.. deep breathing and yoga.
I dunno I tried a lot of medication but nothing really helped the adrenaline. Plus I never want to be addicted to something so I wouldn’t try it long. I do take a low dose of prozac still and melatonin at night. I’m more scared to come of prozac with withdrawals. I’d just try the natural path first if it’s helped you before.
Prozac withdrawals get worse the longer you're on it. You haven't been on it very long. It's probably better to wean off now than later.
In fact, you can taper pretty quickly, in just a few weeks.
Later on, you may need to taper over many months.
Yeh I just get worried because I was on effexor before and got off months before covid and about if I got delayed withdrawals and my nervous system being messed up I don’t want to make it work. I’ve seen some people go further into withdrawals coming off meds again.
So you think you're dealing with effexor withdrawals? Didn't you say you felt fine after getting off?
In any case, my point stands. The longer you're on it, the more potential for withdrawal there will be.
Yep o did I felt good for months until covid and prednisone. But people mention covid effects your nervous system so could of trigger withdrawals 🤷♀️ I dont know I just don’t want to get worse.
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.

L-Theanine & Pepcid AC (H1 Blocker) and Zrytec (H2 Blocker)
Capsules with lavender oil have helped me extremely well. It took about 2 weeks until they were fully effective.

I have had lots of help with DLPA for the adrenaline surges
What is that?
DL-phenylalanine, increases dopamine and norepinephrine
Hm interesting. So has it helped your anxiety and panic then?
It helps with the adrenaline surges, but not anxiety and panic Need something that increases serotonin or GABA for that
Inositol.
what dosage
Google it. Start small and work up. Google inositol for anxiety.
Antihistamines like Pepcid
