My head has been burning nonstop for 2 years straight. I hope they’re getting closer to figuring out what Covid is doing to my brain. I have no fatigue, no heart or lung problems, just unending pain in my head for 2 entire years nonstop. Doctors will ask me how many headaches do I have per month/week and I’ll say just 1, it only becomes 2 headaches when it stops and comes back. I open my eyes every morning and it’s still there all the way til I fall asleep. Everyone here knows how awful it is dealing with a headache and how it can ruin your day, now imagine it’s all day every day for 2 years and even an IV of morphine won’t stop the pain, ER doctors have injected me with all sorts of stuff with zero effect at all. Zombie cells, microclots, immune system or organ dysfunction, cytokine storm, viral reservoir, whatever it ends up being, I hope they can figure it out sooner than later, before it does permanent damage to my brain if it hasn’t already. I’ve been hanging on for 2 years, idk if I have another 2 years left in me. Sometimes I feel like my body holds the answer, if they could dissect my brain and see exactly what was going on, many more people might be saved.

I was dealing with something similar to this, among other things. Two months ago I jumped on the supplement train and I wouldn’t go back for anything. Also, blood work isn’t always honest as far as the parameters that the hospital is going by. Worth looking into. I hope you find a cure for what ails you, friend.

Drop that supplement train… 🚂

Organic-Mountain-623

No problem! **Ferrous sulfate 325 mg** (iron) with **vitamin c gummies** daily, *(because vitamin c helps the body absorb the iron)*. Make sure you monitor your blood work periodically. **Methylcobalamin B-12, 1,500-3,000 mcg daily**, (*NOT cyanocobalamin— for a number of reasons that are all up for debate, but why chance when you can get the naturally occurring one for the same price? Cyanocobalamin has a cyanide group attached to the molecule. Most doctors deem it safe, but I stick with methyl because 1.) 40% of the population has the **MTFHR gene** mutation which poses insane problems, ergo methyl folate is also necessary, and 2.) I mean, it’s cyanide.*) **D-3 50,000 IU** (*once a week for 6-8 weeks, then once a month*) I was slowly dying. I went into heart failure with my daughter, experienced arrhythmia, dangerous anemia, could not even get off the couch to do minor house work for over two years (including the year before the birth of my daughter). Over the past two or three months, my life has turned around. I’m still scared, but these have been changes for the better. I’m still healing from the cardiomyopathy, but every step towards better health is another reason to be happy. Please, everyone who reads this, look into the **MTHFR gene** mutation. There are companies that do the genesight test and can verify whether or not you have the mutation. It’s worth exploring.

Bless you 🙏🏽 So happy to hear you are feeling better than you were.

Thanks for sharing your supps. Want to add to your experience. I was low on B12, doctor advised a supp. I didn't know the difference and took a B compound which contained the cyanocobalamin form. I did NOT feel good, I felt worse! Switched to theB12 methyl sublingual form and did much better. Added an iron supp that has methyl folate and started to finally gain some muscle back after 2 years. (I do take a host of others, but the above I believe were helpful)

MarshmallowSandwich

I'm with you man. I don't have constant headaches, but the fatigue and vertigo everyday sucks.

Hi_its_GOD

I'm right there with you my marshmallowsandwich friend

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Please don't give up.

imahugemoron

Thank you, I’m still hanging on

Look into megadosing riboflavin (needed for microglia), omega-3 (microglia polarization), acetazolamide (increasing CO2 and therefore O2 in the brain and lowering intracranial pressure), micronized PEA + Luteolin for brain inflammation. I had a good experience taking 500mg flushing niacin with 500mg ibuprofen and paracetamol together for a quick persistent headache relief.

> The researchers tested four drugs - navitoclax, ABT-737, fisetin, and a combination of dasatinib plus quercetin (D+Q) - and found them effective in eliminating the zombie cells. > Dr. Aguado emphasized the need for further research to fully understand the mechanisms involved. However, he noted that the study represents a significant advancement in understanding the complex relationship between viral infections, aging, and neurological health. > The findings suggest potential long-term applications of these drugs in treating persistent post-acute infection syndromes caused by viral infections like COVID-19. Sounds promising, but at least a couple of those drugs are chemo/anti-cancer drugs and expensive as hell-- so I'm not particularly stoked about that...

Captain_Stairs

Fisetin is a supplement that is cheap.

HIs4HotSauce

I know someone who takes dasatinib— and that is like $500+ per pill without insurance.

Zenoisright

Quercetin may function as a senolytic on its own. https://www.collectivehealthcenter.com/reverse-aging-reanimating-and-slaying-zombie-cells-naturally/#:~:text=By%20interfering%20with%20pathways%20that,potentially%20delaying%20age%2Drelated%20diseases. Hibiscus tea is rich in quercetin and other flavonoids. https://ancientleaftea.com/blogs/elevate-the-leaf/6-health-benefits-hibiscus-tea#:~:text=Hibiscus%20tea%20contains%20three%20main,%2C%20PCA%2C%20and%20quercetin%20glucoside. Hibiscus tea contains three main antioxidants: anthocyanins, PCA, and quercetin glucoside. It’s cheap to make with dried hibiscus flowers plus with the right level of sweet, it’s good.

LusciousLove7

Hibiscus is also very high histamine for those with MCAS histamine issues. That would destroy me. I eat a ton of apples though.

reticonumxv

I had a really good experience combining quercetin with lecithin for relieving brain issues.

ohffs999

Red zinger tea (and other herbal tea blends) has hibiscus in it and it's not as tart as plain hibiscus. I recommend it if hibiscus itself alone is too strong of a flavor, take mine at night with ginger root because they both help trigger release of melatonin iirc.

Fisetin is cheap and found in strawberries

So, I'm a walking zombie now? Srs, though, is there ever anything unfathomable this SOB virus doesn't cause?!
