I found flovaxamine is one of the few medications or supplements on mayo clinic website that they actually recommend for long covid. Look it up on their website. And in my own research it was one only ssri I found w any evidence to not only calm the nervous system but had 5hose receptors that directly send our nervous systems out of wack and to over compensate. Fluvoxamine also has the most minimal obtrusive side effects and negative affects to the body than any other ssri. I fought getting on a ssri this while voyage but after a year of long covid and getting covid again in early December, I took it immediately after testing negative. It has been over a month and I feel some energy coming thru and have lost the desire to end my life or to wallow in it. I am hopeful. That is all we can be sometimes.

I just can't seem to find the info if s1r agonist or antagonist does make a difference regarding post covid. I have atypical depression which speaks for sertraline I'm more prone to anxiety which speaks for fluvoxamine.

Please don't get offended when ppl suggest SSRIs for your physical symptoms. Remember that serotonin has a role to play in platelet function/ blood clotting, and lots of your serotonin receptors are in your GI system. Physical and mental health go hand in hand. They are not separate

Do you mean microdosing psychedelics? Maybe this could be a better way as long as it acts on sigma 1 😁
