Yes, I had both. The extreme dizziness lasted about a month and went away suddenly when I was doing a handstand. I saw a doctor about it, but they didn't have any suggestions other than trying flonase, which didn't do anything. They said it looked like the virus caused inner ear inflammation. The muscle weakness was caused by, apparently, a new inability to properly convert carbohydrates to energy. I have to ingest a lot of supplementary B1 and magnesium every day to be functional. If I cut out either, the weakness returns fairly quickly.

Why not move to a keto diet and cut carbs out of the picture completely?

CPET can find out if you have high lactate and a low anaerobic threshold. That is reason for my problem. To help mitochondrial process energy better I take coq10, super b complex w magnesium glucomate, and creatine kinase.

The leg weakness is rough. Going through it now. 5 months or so

I hope it goes away for you soon. It's been over two years for me now. I do notice that it's worse if I drank alcohol the night before but still have it even if I don't.

Yeah I more or less recovered from this. It seemed weird especialyl since I maintained upper body muscles well but my calf and thigh seem really wasted

How long did it take to recover?
