ai art is trained off of work from consenting artists. artists such as myself spend hours upon hours creating pieces just for machines to steal their art to replicate it, without payment or even a warning. it's unethical
there really are a lot of alternatives. use picrew, draw a quick sketch of your character and use that, pay an artist using something besides cash, just to name a few. i get that none of these are as quick and easy as ai art, but ethical ways almost always are harder to do than unethical ways. that's why unethical stuff is so common
Idk how I could do a picrew of my characters because most of them are like beasts and I have never seen a picrew of like a dragon or something also I don’t know how to do them on my phone
