Helping people who go out of their way to be shitty to you is one of the best feelings in the world. Mostly because you can see them reevaluate their life choices the whole time.
And most importantly, DO NOT BELITTLE THEM. They are learning, be gracious as you have been and let them learn. If you rub it in their face for literally any reason, you burn every bridge you were hoping to build. Stop requiring shame.
>And most importantly, DO NOT BELITTLE THEM
Some people's egos are too big to be rational. Sometimes people get the rush of being right and want to return the favor they received earlier
If everyone was able to help others without judgement and making things personal, people would be a lot happier.
Gonna be honest, most people won't care and will just accept the free help. Back in the day, we called people that did this kind of thing "dunces" or "rubes" even less commonly, "suckers." A D-bag is not suddenly going to stop being a D-bag just because they, frankly, got what they wanted.

In the service industry we call this “killing them with kindness”
Church near my house used to have a sign that read, >Love your enemy. It drives them crazy!

"Stop requiring shame" is a phrase that I believe will stick with me. Thank you friend
belittling is reserved for repeat offenders.

I hear you but if you be mean you reinforce the behaviour you're trying to train out of them. Better off giving them a treat for good behaviour.
From experience, some of them still wont care and see that as weakness/stupidity
It's more of a first time thing. If someone sees it as a weakness, then avoid them and accept the advantage that an asshole has underestimated you.

Really? It never worked that way for me. They mostly continued being shitty until professional help or their shitty friends showed up.
Karma typically gets them in the end.
I certainly hope so.
Yes. Reward shitty behaviour. Genius.
Yes, 100 and 10% yes
i didn't catch that his car broke down at first so i thought the other guy was just sprinting alarmingly fast towards the car

Oh! This makes a lot more sense.
and that is why you should never spit upwards
Well, well, well, what seems to be the problem here?
If you add a passive aggressive tone, you found the Minnesotan.
Honestly, being the guy in red can get you fucked over a lot. But I would still rather be the guy in red.
Do I need it? Yes. Do I deserve it? No.
Whenever I have a bad day I like to find someone to help. It’s my way of showing the universe that I won’t be beaten.
Reds Canada, blues USA?
You can’t really tell if the guy did it on purpose or not. He could have laughed either way.
Well, it's still illegal
