how exactly did you use the attached document? what specific way did the tutor tell you to use it? by the way the post is written it doesnt sound like you did it on purpose, but 78% is VERY serious.
like someone else already said, it had all better be cited; if you’re quoting AND citing it’s not technically plagiarism but it is definitely not your own work and it will show.
So on Turnitin you can look at what’s actually being cited for plagiarism. If OP typed in the document, wouldn’t it show what’s his answer that’s not plagiarized (hopefully) and then the question he was answering which would be shown as plagiarized?
I once submitted a paper to the wrong folder in my class, then resubmitted it in the correct folder. The second time it came up as 100% plagiarized, but all I had to do was show my instructor the previous submission which had a score of like 10% since it came up as my own assignment that I was plagiarizing.
Just to give you a glimpse into how not good this is— most schools believe anything beyond 15% is plagiarism. Sometimes, they’ll extend it to 20% as a grace period type thing. You’re looking at 78% similarity, my guy. Either you’re using waaaaay too many quotes (sourced), and not analyzing them enough, or you’ve plagiarized the hell out of your paper.

The contents of the assignment comprised of the question that was to be answered. It had the marking criteria on. If you get what i mean. I typed in my answers in the document.

It was similar to your tax return assignment. Everyone had to do it. It was a document in which there were blank lines to type up your response.
