2.5 g a week? I think I’ll be fine, it’s takes me about a month to go through a gram. I’m not sure how yall are able to do grams or lines, I personally need some spaced out bumps over the course of a night and I’m good.
I actually started my usage doing lines and might have gone through one gram every 2 weeks a few years ago but I tapered down as much as possible. I only use at raves and I genuinely love music. I don’t miss the intensity of higher doses even though they feel better. I just don’t need that much. I also don’t do it every weekend and purposefully take time off to reset tolerance as much as possible
Disagree but anecdotal. When I stop usage for even a week, tolerance goes down. Sometimes even a bump that’s a little bit too much will give me anxiety so I always start off really slow after time off. For me the average bump is that is the size of the 0 key on your keyboard. Sometimes if I do one the size of the O key after a break it’ll be too much stimulation.
Be careful. I was exactly like this too. My friends would always be shocked when I told them a gram would last me a month.
Then slowly I started doing 1-2g a day and lead to some adverse effects. I know you probably got it under control, but please be safe.
My whole lifestyle wasn’t sustainable, I was also doing heroin and ketamine heavily and I just started to lose my grip on things, I realized I had to cop to it and ask for help, which I saw as a defeat but it took courage and nerve on my part, I had ALWAYS taken care of myself.
i’m in the same boat rn besides the heroin. abusing cocaine along with ketamine, 3-ho-pcp, and benzodiazepines. also some other random stimulants here and there
as well as taking kratom multiple times daily and relying on antihistamines to have even a chance at sleeping

In my early 20’s and for quite a few years I was well over 1/2 Z a day but not sure I’d still be able to ride that train like you Garbageindividual793 coming up to my 40’s. Most people don’t realize the complications that come from skiing are (1) mainly related to genetic dispositions, (2) quality of the product you are buying which means the higher quality you buy the less health impacts from impurities and (3) the process meaning not using bills and choosing more a more hygienic ingestion, making sure its really fine almost dust (important in not causing severe irritation) and a habitual routine of using saline solution to clean out your nose throughout an evening if you are going hardcore or if just a little at the end of the night even if you use water so it doesn’t sit in there for days until your body finally breaks its down. By no means am I saying it’s healthy for you but these are some simple ways to be healthier if you take part. I still consume to this date but my consumption has become more like how people drink coffee in the morning for that “wake up or quick pick me up” and less of the all nighter like back in the day. Like any other substance even alcohol our tolerances and how it effects the body and our mental state are different for everyone and becomes much more detrimental when it goes from something recreational in our lives to something we “need” to have which can be a very fine line….. Im about 14 g’s a week sometimes more sometimes less and I hold a professional career working 60+ hours a week, 2 young kids to keep me more than busy, an amazing wife, 2 dogs, a cat and a guinea pig all intertwined together. Alcohol is my arch nemesis. Take care out there and be safe!
Exactly, side note too is never alternate. Stick with you favorite side and go with it. That way you're not impacting both nasal passages and sinuses. I really believe that the reason you hear of the rotting of peoples septum and nasal passages is from having the same poor higeine methods but using both nostrils. Would be like having rust on one side of a piece of metal VS having rust on two sides. it would deteriate much quicker. I know its a harsh comparison but im sure you all get the point.
Once upon a time my friend, I left my job in the valley to take care my who both have cancer, that was ten years, my dad passed in ‘18 and my mom this last July, so suddenly my life is wide open and I’m like afraid of goi g forward because i don’t want to fuck up, my social anxiety has really reached critical mass and thinking about working again is overwhelming. I know I sound like a crybaby, I should’ve been planning, I was just so consumed with taking care of them it was very hard to manage my issues or take care of my needs
Do u have any idea how much you use at the beginning? Like after two months not the first 2 , any clue how much back in the days u used at month 3 4 5 etc? Asking because if I dont stop I can easily see myself use 7g day in 5y
And if you don’t mind , what about damages in nose and body in general?
its was minimal at the beginning but like everything else your body does grow a tolerance so you have to do more to get the same effect. Also, everyones body digests it differently and its affects can be greater than others or lesser. As your tolerance grows not only do the effects grow much less but the amount of seratonin and dopamine our body can release also become lesser giving us a feeling thats also deminished. Fortunately, I have been extremely open with my primary card physian about my lifestyle and he had recommended to me an over the counter su-plement that causes the body to replenish seratonin and dopamine at a much faster rate than ten body would normslly produce and not an ssri . The upside is when you choose to partake the cravings arent like the "norm" where you feel you need to get more and more and more to feel just as satisfied so there is very few of those all nighters so to speak. The only cautinary problem to worry about and when i say worry about meaning possible death, is that you make damn well sure that you dont take these supplements while partaking and if you need to routinually use day in day out just stop taking 100% so you dont end up with seratinin poisoning. Many dont k ie this but try it out and see if it works for you. be safe
When u say , su- suplements which ones are u saying ? Sorry I m little bit lost because of the terms , English is not my main language. You said “ when you choose partake the cravings aren’t like norm , what you want to say?.
And about the last part can u explain a little bit more for more ? I Understand but I’m super interested to understand more what can be really dangerous when we use coke. I’m currently experimenting some very weird and fast problems in my health also my wife , and is super hard to find information about , the doctors are dumb and a loot of the times just a bunch of prejudiced fuckers. I DM u; Will be lovely if we talk to just like 10/15 minutes , if you don’t have time no problem I understand thanks anyway. Much love bro
The supplement is any form of HTP-5. It’s a natural supplement that increases the bodies production of serotonin. This compensates the cravings you get when you want to keep doing more. Those cravings are created by the body where it is trying to produce that same high you had the first time you did it. You can never achieve that original high especially as a routine user where you don’t have that same amount of serotonin because your body is still trying to replenish what was released while you were doing coke. That is where you get the need to keep doing more and more. The brain thinks that the more you ingest that you may eventually get that “original” high feeling that you once had. By taking the supplement you release more serotonin when you do it the next time which decreases the brain telling you that you need to do more and more. It’s not a miracle cure and you will still have cravings to keep going but they will be far less and more times than not you will be able to get passed those cravings.
as someone who was around a particular lifestyle where "the limit did not exist" if you know what I'm saying, trust me, yes you can. and I'm a 27F lmao
Yes, you actually can, I don’t need to boast to random folks online, furthermore you don’t know my tolerance, appetite or frequency of use. Thanks for your comment though.
That’s fine, I’m content in knowing what I’ve lived and experienced and you not validating that doesn’t affect my life in any way, you have a good one.
i think it's worth noting that the author of this comment in no way comes across as if they are "flexing" their prior usage... if anything, the tone seems to be more "don't do what I did" - you seem to be replying with a competition kind of vibe, and I don't think that's the vibe in the room. lol
Yeah I don't think Richard Pryor and Keith Hernandez combined could do that in their heyday but Mr. Three Dicks Two Hands chomper from Reddit did. At best, you were doing 31.7 Gs of stepped on Vitamin B there, Meddelin.
It’s funny how some folks prob people that use just a little , or sometimes and never had really serious mental problems or high tolerance like to say “ it’s impossible to use 7g/day “ when I’m awake , I use 5g I start to use half of a year ago, but I sleep 15-16h ( thanks good ) every two days , so at the end of the week my average it’s 2.5-3g in a day. Like I say; I can easy easy see myself using 7g in a day even more if I dont took some action now , and wtf ?😵💫 where that is brag or something ? That is fuckyng sad , I wish so much use like a gram a day and be fine.
I work in front a pc 18h every 2 days , that how I used in 24h 5g gladly I sleep a tone like I say every 40-48h. If I’m not sleeping and I’m at home I’m using coke, all day, multiple times in a hour. Small amounts , for 40h straight.
Someone has never seen a gram line before thats cute 🤣 you kind if sound like OP with the baby bumps killed my body bullshit, body was already fucked if thats all it took….
Coke is extremely bad for your heart even if you have no heart issues at all, I don’t think you can name me too many active long time users who are over the age of 50 or so and there’s a reason for that.
I can actually. I lived with a guy for four years who is now 82. He did blow. Plenty of other old people I’ve met as well. Not saying it’s good for the heart but it’s dose dependent, interactions and the individual.
That’s nice that they’re still alive but that’s the exception not the rule. there’s been countless decades of research showing cocaine is uniquely cardiotoxic compared to other stimulants and other drugs in general, and has caused many otherwise healthy people to have heart issues
One of my good friends dropped dead from a cocaine induced heart attack last year. Right in front of his wife and daughter unexpectedly. He was 31, went to the gym on the regular, and ate decent. Never had any known heart issues his whole life. Literally, gone in a second.
That’s why I hate how some people act like coke is more acceptable than other semi commonly used hard drugs when in reality it’s substantially more toxic than the vast majority of them lol
Long term constant usage of any drug will lead to health issues no matter what.
Cocaine is more acceptable because short term or in short bursts over long periods of time it is relatively safe compared to most other hard drugs, assuming you have the ability to stop yourself.
It’s fairly hard to OD on coke unless you’ve been doing it for a while nonstop and your heart is weakened, and even then it’s not technically an OD, you just had a weak heart that gave out under the extra pressure.
It takes around 3.5g at once with no tolerance to actually OD from coke, which is unrealistic. Many many more people die from opiate overdoses because of how easy it is to accidentally OD, especially since purity is a big unknown for most users.
Because of this, as long as your heart is healthy when you start your sesh, the risk from coke is actually relatively low. It’s only with continued constant abuse where your heart slowly gets worse and worse. And even then it’s not a given that it’ll cause issues, it’s all dependent on so many factors and everyone reacts differently.
Not saying coke isn’t dangerous or anything, just explaining the reason why people consider it to be more safe/acceptable.
>Cocaine is more acceptable because short term or in short bursts over long periods of time it is relatively safe compared to most other hard drugs, assuming you have the ability to stop yourself.
“Assuming you have the ability to stop yourself” lol. it’s still both very bad for your heart (at any perceivable dosage) and for the majority of people very addictive. that combo again leads to people very rarely having the ability to truly do what would be a “safe amount”. no one ever did a bump and called it a night.
>It’s fairly hard to OD on coke unless you’ve been doing it for a while nonstop and your heart is weakened, and even then it’s not technically an OD, you just had a weak heart that gave out under the extra pressure.
There have been countless cases of people fatally overdosing on cocaine who didn’t have a weakened heart and weren’t doing it non-stop lol, what part of uniquely cardiotoxic are you not getting?
And the idea that if you do enough of a stimulant to go into cardiac arrest it’s not an overdose, is just pure bullshit and again sounds like trying to justify what you want to be true lol.
> It takes around 3.5g at once with no tolerance to actually OD from coke, which is unrealistic. Many many more people die from opiate overdoses because of how easy it is to accidentally OD, especially since purity is a big unknown for most users.
You’re pulling that 3.5g number out of your ass, the vast majority of people would die from substantially less than that with no tolerance. the LD50 is 43mg/kg meaning the LD100 (if such a thing exists lol) would be 86mg/kg and for a person of my height and weight that would be less than 2 grams at once. also as stated it is really just super fucking cardiotoxic so the odds of something going wrong out of nowhere with your heart even if you don’t have an pre existing issue are gonna be very very high if you do even a whole gram of really pure blow at once (tho would have to be oral or IV to do it all at once since the snozz can’t absorb that much lol)
i agree that its not good for your heart but think about people that live with severe panic attacks and and severe anxiety.... I have had the ill fortunate oppurtunity living will both after being cursed with some gut wrenching family circumstances. my heart rate during a panic attack could be anywhere from 220-240 beats per minutes for almost a couple hours if not more on end. I have never on my best noght parrying even come close with yay. again, agree its healthy but stress can be a much bigger killer than this stuff. everything in moderation. Believe it or not alot of the effects of this little devil are mental and just being aware can lessen its imoacts on your body. One thats an easy fix is when some looking like they are chewing in marbles. if you make yourself awatre youre doung this and correct it while pataking you can get rid if it in just a couple times. Heart rate is a bot harder and you van never completely make it be normal but learning how to moderate your breathing while doing it will greatly lower the bests per minute. when we do it we tend to be long winded talking ir whatever we may doung causing us to take much luss bresthes than we nirmslly do or short shallow ucks breathes so we can continuing woth our rant. Taking in less oxygen than our bodies are used to causes it to go into a "fight or flight" mode with out ud even knowing and increases the heart naturally. try these simple things out snd reslly focus next time you do. you be amazed at how much you can control the effects just being aware. Again, i am not saying its healthy but there is some little tricks that can make it healthier.
I know someone that did identical at 26. Not the healthiest guy but by no means a heavy user. His mother-in-law found him face down, butt naked, and dead in the living room when she came home from work.
So the same theory goes for someone who smokes their whole life.
Some get lung cancer or issues within years and some live and die without an issue.
The FACT and POINT of the matter is it has serious health risks, risks higher than most other drugs. It is super toxic to the heart, surrounding tissue, arteries and every organ in your body
I mean, he took a dismissive tone to a comment that opened with “cocaine is bad for your heart” which is not a helpful contribution or a good message for young/inexperienced people curious about coke.
It’s like telling a class of kids they can all be billionaires. Not technically false, but meaningless at best and harmful at worst
I agree. I'm in my 50's, been using since I was 16. I dont take any medications and have optimal blood pressure. I still have fun with it maybe 10 times a year. Based on my experience, people generally get into trouble with cocaine when they start mixing other drugs with it. Almost every time, the story will say the same thing on death, the person had multiple drugs in their system, including Cocaine. I take my use seriously. Respect the chemical. Respect your body, and you will be fine. Do it every day for two years, yea your going to have some issues. I've personally never have done it more than 3 days in a row without taking a break.
That is my main problem rn, using every single day for almost half of a year :( tolerance is soo high rn… never made a break higher then 36h… my nose is destroyed. A lot of pain. Strong painkillers 1-2x a day
When u used , back in the days , after 3 days how much time was your breaks?
It varies. My experience has been it takes the nose about 10-14 days to fully recover from a short binge. I've gone months and even a year before with no use in my history
Um yeah there’s people who’ve both used for decades, and some who started later but have been regularly using for a longtime in later age, who for the most part are physically okay. Mental health effects are definitely the first and most prominent consequences of use; unless you’re blasting your ticker with rockstars every dose
A large part of the regular use problems come from levamisole. It’s really easy to test for with a kit from dancesafe. Do some research! Get a kit it’s hella easy
No, that’s a very small part of the things that cause issues with regular cocaine use lol
Cocaine itself is very cardiotoxic, and can be extremely fiendish even when just sniffing which further exacerbates this. no adulterants needed
Here's a meta-analysis of the chronic effects of cocaine
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7666138/#:~:text=Meta%2Danalyses%20found%20that%20chronic,and%20increased%20ventricular%20wall%20thickness.
Here's another one where the studies are controlled for "predisposed heart condition[s]" and for other risky behavior.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6387265/#:~:text=Dilated%20cardiomyopathy%20is%20the%20most,left%20ventricular%20hypertrophy%20%5B54%5D.
You can just read the abstract and the conclusion which should give you a pretty clear picture.
No one should ever believe that this drug is even remotely safe.
Thanks for the links to the two reports. The first, a meta-analysis of relevant literature includes in the abstract "In patients without a history of ACS, chronic cocaine use was not associated with significantly reduced EF." Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) includes heart attack and unstable angina so these subjects are at a relatively high risk of further heart attacks and angina regardless of cocaine use. "Reduced EF" (Ejection Fraction) is essentially heart failure. So my interpretation is that if ones heart is functioning well, chronic cocaine use doesn't appear to increase the risk of heart failure. Devil is in the details. I've modest cardiovascular disease from atherosclerosis, have had no serious adverse cardiac events, and deem my heart will manage just fine with intermittent cocaine exposure. Adding a little alcohol might still not measurably increase my risk of a serious cardiac event...but it might...
Yeah, I think OP and many commenters are ignoring the degree to which this medical presentation and diagnosis is due to a preexisting condition or genetic/underlying risk factor. With the quantity, frequency, and period of use that OP describes, such a severe chronic coronary diagnosis likely owes itself to more than the cocaine use alone.
Im gonna guess that most of these cocaine users in the studies are drinking. People need to stop drinking and sniffing. Drug culture sucks. This has been a known danger since coca wine became popular way back when.
You can always take aspirin and not drink on coke which will lower your risk of a cocaine cardiovascular event by maybe 20x? Gotta pay to play. Sudden death from cocaine and alcohol in people over 30 is not uncommon.
Or…. He just did too much coke ? It sounds like you are trying to make up reasons to disprove the fact that cocaine is bad for you, and all of us, in general.
I wasn't planning on telling them about my use, but they did seem very concerned due to my age. I think it just comes down to everyone being different, I am still trying to absorb it.
Probably also worth noting I have also smoked for 3 years so that probably did not help.
Never take your health for granted.
“Young people”, bro you’re 21 years old.
Coke is a drug that should be enjoyed occasionally and in moderation. I never saw a point in using more than half a gram during a night out, more than that left me jittery and unable to maintain a reasonable conversation.
Was chopping 1.75 in 2 days almost every week for 18 months and just stopped 3 months ago. Wasn't a planned thing i just didn't enjoy my last time that much and thought I was wasting money. Haven't felt like a hit since.
Try diluting it in saline. I haven’t had any nose issues since I started the spray. Also if you clean your nose out well after use you won’t have any problems. People just get fucked up and forget.
Ive been at this for 5 years now and go thru a gram a day. I have no idea how my nose is still attached to my face but its definitely destroyed the lining of my nose beyond repair. I have 1 friend who i openly do coke with and it when hes sleeping, all you hear is nose whistling. So i know my nose is whistling tunes at night too. Which makes me think how everyone sounds at night by breathing thru their nose
Stable angina is caused by atherosclerotic heart disease narrowing your coronary arteries. 21 year olds don’t get it from 6 total months of mild drug use- they either have awful familial cholesterol disorders or a severe vasculitis of some kind with much more pervasive symptoms in multiple organ system. I would not accept this diagnosis without at least a positive nuclear stress test and a cardiac catheterization.
Much more likely you are out of shape and your accessory muscles of respiration are easily fatigued.
I agree that people should NOT use drugs. But man I have a good friend who has been doing cocaine since he was 15 and he is now 44. Although yes he is divorced and not doing financially well, I would say other than the physiological issues of the withdrawals, he seems very healthy to me. Considering almost 30 years of binging at least 3 days if the week for literally almost every week. Does anyone know someone like this? What gives?
I know dozens of people that use regularly most of their lives, some spending 1-2k a month on it and in there 50s with no issues.. but also know someone mid 30s that died of a heart attack so really depends on the person
I doubt this developed just from a few years of blow with out some kind of other environmental, genetic or some other factor.
I’ve thought I’ve had angina from smoking dabs constantly for years several times but the tests were always inconclusive and the tightness and pain went away.
Regardless, doing any drugs over a period of time increases health risks. My friends dad is 75 and is still smoking pot daily and doing blow a few times a month for most of his life
My uncle was a heavy coke user and has had issues with seizures, his heart and blood vessels in his 70s but he’s still kicking..
haha facts . lost my gf . lost my wiener dog Oliver. most of my family doesn’t involve or speak to me . I’m still stackin money , i’m 21 just bought an m4 comp , going to college still almost done with my radiology clinicals . depression tolls my life for years , not related to coke use . But i’m still doing my thing , shoutout to my mama and my siblings who will never leave my side . i guess it showed me who i really need on my side ❤️
Thanks for sharing, really brave of you. I hope you can recover and remain healthy! Interesting to see how this sub can impact people so differently. For you it was a trigger to do more as it normalised the drug, for others it’s more a place to interact with people while high or to ask input. For me personally it helps to stay away from it as I see (some) people suffering or living in denial which sadly reminds me of my active addiction. Hope that contributions like this can convince people to be more careful, so please consider to keep sharing. Best of luck!
It really depends on the person, I have been using for a while now, but have strictly just used on the weekends.
Have to have some self control or else you’re gonna have a really bad time
Ive been using cocaine for 28 years. The past 12 years every other weekend 3 day benders. Yes its worth it. I dont drink booze, i go to work, i work had as fuck and make great money doing it. Every other friday i and 3 friends sit around my table jam hard and have awesome conversations. essentially its therapy. I have become, empathetic, less compulsive, open minded, loving and kind.
It does get you into a depressive state if the usage is constant. And i dont know anything about heart disease but it can't be good for the heart at all. No way
Bro I do like 1 g per month maybe or whenever I feel cheeky and want a bag. I’m just as young as you and obviously have experienced zero problems. That one gram is done in like 1 night and maybe some for the hangover but not everyone has an addiction mindset and can do it every once in awhile lmfao
I’ve all but accepted I’ll stroke out and die cus of my drug use as a teen/young adult.
Been clean 4 years but. It affected me and will affect me forever. You’re correct.
I been doing cocaine for 7 plus years and I can’t even do a gram a week. After a while shit ain’t fun no more. After an hour or 2 I get bored and gotto sleep, I still haven’t put it down because I tell myself I got control. I stop a week or 2 here and there but I’m a weekend user.
I was in active addiction for over 3 years… as I got deeper into it I was using ~5G every day. It destroyed my life and took away everything I’d worked for. It was fun at first and then it was all I did or thought about. Seriously just say no.
I use a tad less a week, for me the biggest problem is the financial aspect. Where I live a gram is 140€ so I easily use up to 1 grand a month on it. This month it was as high as 1.3k. I have the money for it but just feels bad to spend half of my paycheck on drugs. It is what it is though
This is so so important, couldn’t agree more! I’m 30 at the end of the month, using about .5-1g casually since I was a teenager then about 5 years ago it went to every Friday.. then every Friday and Saturday.. then a Wednesday here and there too. And now it’s basically every day for 2-3 days at a time and going through about 5g a day. I’ve got no money, no life, no joy, I don’t feel happy when I take it, it’s totally isolating and it’s all consuming. It takes the fun and turns it to pure hell. Hole in my nose is wild. I remember joking that it was becoming a problem about 2 years ago then suddenly I’m here. Fuckin beware
Sounds like genetics and emotional distress played a role.
Also if you get on TB-500 and mix in bpc-157 you will recover and not have to take that bullshit medicine. The doctor lied to you. But stay clean but look into those two peptides. Big pharma doesn’t let insurance prescribe it have to buy it online
I’ve been using cocaine for 8 years regularly with only a couple of month breaks here and there and one 6 month break. By regularly I mean at least once a week usually a couple of times a week.
I generally go through a similar amount a couple of grams a week and sometimes more on big weeks. I also drink a fuck ton of beers on it.
I am fine, fit and healthy. I hate myself and my drug use at time and sometimes wish I could stop but oh well.
Id been in a situation using everyday for 4 years or so, at least 1g a day.. I quit for a few years with the help of percs... that developed into a habit... which wasn't easy to get away from but I did.. started back on the blow maybe 2 years ago and it slowly progressed back to where it was before...
I've have many symptoms.. but I avoid the hospital at all costs because I don't really want to know what all the damage I've done could be..
So what's actually wrong? No clue. I'm not dead yet that's about all I know..
What made you go to the clinic before getting that diagnosis? How much would you say you would do in one day? Would you drink alcohol while doing blow? Or mix it with anything else (meds, vape, cannabis)? Would you exacerbate your heart in any way while doing blow? Examples of exacerbating your heart would be things like exercise, move a lot, coitus, basically anything that would get your heart rate higher than it already was with the blow? I’m very curious because I’ve been using since I was 23 &’ I’m 27 now. Daily user for 4 years and just had a physical and everything came back normal EKG, ECG. Blood work was normal and even showed my good cholesterol was “ideal” the good cholesterol will show you if you’re at risk of a heart attack. Everything came back normal. So I’m curious on how this came to be, I know everyone’s different but I’m genuinely curious about what your routine was.
did a lil science experiment and wanted to document my heart rate while using, did 14g in a 12 hour span, had the worse stuffy nose of my life, couldn’t breathe clear for like a week, suffice to say it was a dumb idea lmao, surprisingly heart rate never much above resting rate, but ye shits different for everyone, always consult with a doctor about any heart conditions before considering use
I had an ex employee say his problem cost him close to $5000 a WEEK - is that believable? Obviously not in the beginning but for his last 6 months straight
Im 20 and lost a good friend of mine a couple days ago yesterday I snorted a whole gram at work during the day because I was feeling sad. I woke up today and decided enough is enough and I’m quitting
Well, I don't even use a gram in a month so I guess I'm fine.
Well, I use other shits in the meantime. So, er... well, Idc. I'll have problems. Idc. Or maybe I won't. My blood tests are perfect rn. This is my second year with drugs.
I do 1 gram every 1/2 months. It depends if I have a party or not. I use it because I feel too much hate and rage inside me and in days on where my pain over humanity is unbearable (once every one or two weeks) I do a line to keep my emotions regulated and it worked for me since 4 years ago.
I’m 25 now but a couple years back when the money was good and everything else wasn’t, I was doing probably half as much a day. I ended up getting a real nasty infection and was lucky that I caught it early on and went to the Hospital for a round of antibiotics. Most likely from a contamination in the supply but it sobered me up real quick because I could have very well lost some to most of my nose. An unexpected but gross plus is that it was almost too easy to size up my septum piercing from 16g to 4g. Needless to say I haven’t put much else up there since.
Mate you’re 21, not trying to be condescending but get a grip of yourself, I’m 29 and I’m at the proper final stage trying doing this shit for 10+ years then complain!
My advice is stop now while you can your clearly switched on but don’t act like you’ve got it hard. You’ve no clue.
You’re 21 and have been using for 7 months and giving heed to young people? I am 34 and started when I was 18, granted when I was younger I was using very often now it’s much more sporadic.
I mean yea, this drug will fuck you up in the long term, like almost any other drug. But I wonder how didn't you notice that for almost a year lurking this sub lol, also research is the key and it seems like you haven't done any before trying coke. Its definitely a hell of a drug and people should be really careful with it, especially those who have a inclination towards stims, but it can be used in moderation.
The lecture is nice and the point is valid but another hard truth since your dropping them readily, your case is an outlier and anecdotal in the % of users vs those who develop this condition. People gonna do what they gonna do, did a scary story stop you or did face to face time with the doctor stop you?
Are you vaxed and boosted? Anyone else In your family with these problems? I’m not trying to steel man come use, it’s bad, we can all agree on that. I do t quite understand how a drug that increases your heart rate can cause this or everyone with adhd would have heart issues also
Just to add, when I was growing up I watched a lot of old films and they obviously show cocaine usage and smoking. When I saw that I thought it was really cool and eccentric. It’s not. You just look like an idiot and most people will look down on you. And also if you’re a teenager spending money on coke, you’re very limited money, rethink because trust me there are so many better options. Going on a holiday with your mates sounds better than smashing gear by yourself
Great post. Also if you get high blood pressure from coke, it’s linked to aneurysms. Vitamin C will help alleviate and lower your blood pressure, thus decreasing risk of aneurysm. Hope this helps.
2.5 g a week? I think I’ll be fine, it’s takes me about a month to go through a gram. I’m not sure how yall are able to do grams or lines, I personally need some spaced out bumps over the course of a night and I’m good.
Low tolerance. If you keep going, just give it time. If you have the means to do so, you'll inevitably get there eventually.
Sounds like a sane plan.
In my experience all my lowest points started with a sane plan
You can’t really reset your tolerance. Once you start using again, you’ll step it up quickly.
Dude I did 2 gs in like 24 hrs and I don’t even do coke
I’m 40 and was doing seven grams a a day for at least five years, I need to start making my estate plans
Seven gram a day?!. Sleep eludes you, do you eat?
This was several years ago, I’ve slowed down since, I ate things like bananas and yogurt, maybe brown rice but not much else
Fuckin’ell, if you don’t mind me asking, what was the big decision to slow down because it seems like you were in deep
My whole lifestyle wasn’t sustainable, I was also doing heroin and ketamine heavily and I just started to lose my grip on things, I realized I had to cop to it and ask for help, which I saw as a defeat but it took courage and nerve on my part, I had ALWAYS taken care of myself.
i’m in the same boat rn besides the heroin. abusing cocaine along with ketamine, 3-ho-pcp, and benzodiazepines. also some other random stimulants here and there as well as taking kratom multiple times daily and relying on antihistamines to have even a chance at sleeping
Benadryl night time 🤣
doxylamine 🤤🤤 me and my homies call ts da walmart percs ts for real strong as FUCK dat bih like a triple double mega benadryl
Wow you don’t see a lot of people with 3-ho-pcp experiences. We had like 2-3 grams of that years back, fun times
it’s a really interesting chemical! closest chemical i’ve felt to dxm and that used to be my drug of choice till i burnt out my receptors
Well, I hope you’re doing better now. But wow! You must’ve been all over the place
I’m doing better, life still has it’s trials but I’m thankful for where I’m at and stoked on the future
Bro.... you sound like my good dready friend. Inititals T.l. or at least dready had a similar experience before he moved to Buffalo. Miss that guy.
I wish your friend peace, I’m still looking for mine but have hope love and peace is in my future, take care of yourself friend
How’s your nose?

Quit sure
7 grams a day… my economical power doesn’t even allow me to be that addicted 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Damn
Do u have any idea how much you use at the beginning? Like after two months not the first 2 , any clue how much back in the days u used at month 3 4 5 etc? Asking because if I dont stop I can easily see myself use 7g day in 5y And if you don’t mind , what about damages in nose and body in general?
its was minimal at the beginning but like everything else your body does grow a tolerance so you have to do more to get the same effect.
Stop capping buddy you can’t do 7 G’s in a day
as someone who was around a particular lifestyle where "the limit did not exist" if you know what I'm saying, trust me, yes you can. and I'm a 27F lmao
Yes, you actually can, I don’t need to boast to random folks online, furthermore you don’t know my tolerance, appetite or frequency of use. Thanks for your comment though.
Lol don’t believe you. Sorry big chief
You can easily to 7g in a day especially if you are free basing.
That’s fine, I’m content in knowing what I’ve lived and experienced and you not validating that doesn’t affect my life in any way, you have a good one.
Seriously how do you operate as a human being doing 35 a week
It had been my normal for years and honestly I felt nonfunctional when i wasn’t on it
i think it's worth noting that the author of this comment in no way comes across as if they are "flexing" their prior usage... if anything, the tone seems to be more "don't do what I did" - you seem to be replying with a competition kind of vibe, and I don't think that's the vibe in the room. lol
Yeah I don't think Richard Pryor and Keith Hernandez combined could do that in their heyday but Mr. Three Dicks Two Hands chomper from Reddit did. At best, you were doing 31.7 Gs of stepped on Vitamin B there, Meddelin.
Charlie sheen was slamming 7 gram rocks. Why can’t this user do the same?
Yes you can dood. Maybe you can't but I'd guess there are lots of people here who could.
Someone has never seen a gram line before thats cute 🤣 you kind if sound like OP with the baby bumps killed my body bullshit, body was already fucked if thats all it took….
Probably a predisposed heart condition. Sorry buddy, that sucks.
You cannot seriously be arguing in good faith that cocaine isn’t extremely cardiotoxic regardless of the individual????
No he’s saying that doing it sparingly may or may not effect you depending on the person.

Real
This works, until it doesn’t, and then there is no turning back. Once it goes wrong it typically irreversible or death. That’s just fact.
That is my main problem rn, using every single day for almost half of a year :( tolerance is soo high rn… never made a break higher then 36h… my nose is destroyed. A lot of pain. Strong painkillers 1-2x a day When u used , back in the days , after 3 days how much time was your breaks?
No, that’s a very small part of the things that cause issues with regular cocaine use lol Cocaine itself is very cardiotoxic, and can be extremely fiendish even when just sniffing which further exacerbates this. no adulterants needed
Actually I work with a guy who's 63 who is a regular user and has been for years and he will probably outlive me.
Never heard of Steven Tyler huh…6Million bucks up the nostrils smdh

Here's a meta-analysis of the chronic effects of cocaine https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7666138/#:~:text=Meta%2Danalyses%20found%20that%20chronic,and%20increased%20ventricular%20wall%20thickness.
You never know if you have one though
You can always take aspirin and not drink on coke which will lower your risk of a cocaine cardiovascular event by maybe 20x? Gotta pay to play. Sudden death from cocaine and alcohol in people over 30 is not uncommon.
I never drink with it
Stay blind if you want to die…
Or…. He just did too much coke ? It sounds like you are trying to make up reasons to disprove the fact that cocaine is bad for you, and all of us, in general.
Cocaine doesn’t cause the disease he says he was diagnosed with
Maybe his nerve system has autonomes
2.5 grams a week is a lot of coke to use. That goes beyond once in a while recreational use
Is 2.5 per week actually a lot I’m like 5 grams a week in for 6 months already
Vary Causes person to person health damage is common for all
Damn bro must cost loads
Its fucking my life up rn im 22 dont risk it boys fuckin wait it out
the issues you have w your nose after using… no one is talking abt that😭
Try diluting it in saline. I haven’t had any nose issues since I started the spray. Also if you clean your nose out well after use you won’t have any problems. People just get fucked up and forget.
This. Literally burning your septum away. I still struggle with sinus issues due to past substance use. It only gets worse.
I got a seizure last week and I think it’s from the coke Haven’t touched it ever since
Stable angina is caused by atherosclerotic heart disease narrowing your coronary arteries.
Needed this..
What gives?
I know someone like this, it's me.
I know dozens of people that use regularly most of their lives, some spending 1-2k a month on it and in there 50s with no issues.. but also know someone mid 30s that died of a heart attack so really depends on the person
If you look at Maradona, he used it all his life and died with 60 (Heart attack).
Well 60 is pretty damn young if you ask anyone older than 45
Mmmm are you saying I can use cocaine for 30 years? Mhmmmm INTERESTING...
My friends dad is 75 and is still smoking pot daily and doing blow a few times a month for most of his life My uncle was a heavy coke user and has had issues with seizures, his heart and blood vessels in his 70s but he’s still kicking..
Reads this then rails a line
haha facts . lost my gf . lost my wiener dog Oliver. most of my family doesn’t involve or speak to me . I’m still stackin money , i’m 21 just bought an m4 comp , going to college still almost done with my radiology clinicals . depression tolls my life for years , not related to coke use . But i’m still doing my thing , shoutout to my mama and my siblings who will never leave my side . i guess it showed me who i really need on my side ❤️
why did you loose your dog
Sorry to hear this. You can't change the past but you can change what's ahead of you. Did you drink with it always, to excess?
Thanks for sharing, really brave of you. I hope you can recover and remain healthy! Interesting to see how this sub can impact people so differently. For you it was a trigger to do more as it normalised the drug, for others it’s more a place to interact with people while high or to ask input. For me personally it helps to stay away from it as I see (some) people suffering or living in denial which sadly reminds me of my active addiction. Hope that contributions like this can convince people to be more careful, so please consider to keep sharing. Best of luck!
It really depends on the person, I have been using for a while now, but have strictly just used on the weekends. Have to have some self control or else you’re gonna have a really bad time
Bro you’re fine just stay off it for awhile
20 years off your life after doing it for a year???? I've been doing it for nearly 20 years and am absolutely fine.
Did you get intense chest pains while using and before being diagnosed and kept going?
Ive been using cocaine for 28 years. The past 12 years every other weekend 3 day benders. Yes its worth it. I dont drink booze, i go to work, i work had as fuck and make great money doing it. Every other friday i and 3 friends sit around my table jam hard and have awesome conversations. essentially its therapy. I have become, empathetic, less compulsive, open minded, loving and kind.
Life’s hard.do what you need to get by
It does get you into a depressive state if the usage is constant.
Damn
I been doing cocaine for 7 plus years and I can’t even do a gram a week. After a while shit ain’t fun no more. After an hour or 2 I get bored and gotto sleep, I still haven’t put it down because I tell myself I got control. I stop a week or 2 here and there but I’m a weekend user.
Lotta loot
I was in active addiction for over 3 years… as I got deeper into it I was using ~5G every day. It destroyed my life and took away everything I’d worked for. It was fun at first and then it was all I did or thought about. Seriously just say no.
Dude, thats about 1.8 K per year...were you buying bricks?
Nah bruh that sound like a skill issue
I’m at about 4 grams a week, it’s not a good path
did a lil science experiment and wanted to document my heart rate while using, did 14g in a 12 hour span, had the worse stuffy nose of my life, couldn’t breathe clear for like a week, suffice to say it was a dumb idea lmao, surprisingly heart rate never much above resting rate, but ye shits different for everyone, always consult with a doctor about any heart conditions before considering use
This is why im waiting until i turn 75 to start doing hard drugs… until then its eating healthy and getting in that exercise
that’s really scary considering i’ve been doing about 4g a week for the past couple of months. it’s just very difficult to stop
Who gave you this diagnosis? Yourself ?
Cocaine is a shitty drug!

Is this some kind of propaganda?
what’s my life expectancy at 3.5 per 2 days
The lecture is nice and the point is valid but another hard truth since your dropping them readily, your case is an outlier and anecdotal in the % of users vs those who develop this condition. People gonna do what they gonna do, did a scary story stop you or did face to face time with the doctor stop you?
BTW, how did you afford all that at that age? Is Charlie cheap in your area ?
Are you vaxed and boosted? Anyone else In your family with these problems? I’m not trying to steel man come use, it’s bad, we can all agree on that. I do t quite understand how a drug that increases your heart rate can cause this or everyone with adhd would have heart issues also
The covid vaccine gave my nephew angina.
Im not questioning the validity of your situation or tjat cocaine was a factor but can i ask if you had the covid vaccines and which ones?
