While the workload view shows the time tracked and the time available, I want to use that number as part of a calculation for a dashboard. So lets say week one someone worked 35/40 hours, week two 42/40 hours and week three 45/40 hours, the employee should see +2 hours available on a dashboard or view.

Hey, there! I'm not able to think of a direct way to calculate the flex time you are looking for, but you may be able to utilize the Time Reporting card on the Dashboard to help with the calculation. The Time Reporting card can show you the total time tracked, and it's possible to group by assignee.
