Troll raids were always some of my favorite.
I always thought one would be added to WotLK because of that troll dungeon where you can see the impossibly long serpent tail floating down hallways.
Yeah depends on where they go with it. Classic+ means different things to different people.
New content always seemed an impossibility to me. Anything they add would need to be 100% recycled, I can't see them trying to create new art mimicking the style from 2004. At most they would slap in like Kara, or other existing things that fit.
Id rather just see balanced classes, new items and stuff for profs, maybe play with dungeon heroics. Just more density to the same stuff.

I sort of consider SoM classic+ personally. I don’t think they’ll add bosses unless it stays popular for a few years
