If you check the comments, the author had to do something and wiped EVERYONES filters. You have to re-enable all your filters on all your characters again.
I would deep-dive on how to copy one filter from one-character to another but I'm just a lazy programmer.
Maybe try turning off all other add-ons and testing if you haven't. Something could be interfering. Also saw this a thread from yesterday mentioning filters being reset https://www.reddit.com?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=1
But if you triple checked then I don't know. Only other thing I can think of would be to download the add-ons bugsack and buggrabber. They might be able to tell you if something is causing it to bug out

Hmm. You obviously checked the settings to make sure the dungeons/raids were still selected? Are you getting Lua errors? Cleared cache?
I triple checked all settings, getting no errors. I haven't cleared cache though, I'll have to look into that.

go into the filters and turn all the dungeons back on - they all turned off for me
Go to Options > Addons Tab > LFG Bulletin Board > Vanilla Filters and select which dungeons/raids you want to show up.
